DO NOT BUY, BAD PRODUCT!!
The camera works pretty good. However, the Eyeplus app this camera uses is the worst I have seen. It has plenty of bugs and the manual is atrocious. I actually needed to use a jewelers magnifying headband to read it. Even then it lacks the basics for understanding all of the options and preferences. When I wrote to the seller I received no help. I have plenty of questions that need answering, which I asked, but have had only one reply ----- where the question went unanswered but a request was made for the model number. My 45 day warranty is up in a few days, so unless I get some answers I am returning it, which is too bad, as the camera seems to work well enough. QUESTION? Can this camera be used on another app that is better?Addendum: I have been buying products through Amazon for over a decade. This is the first time I have written a review with such vehemence, but in this case it deserves it. A rating of one star is too high, as the product fails continually. As I stated earlier, the camera works fairly well, but the software and customer support are very bad, not to mention that the server that the app works through fails constantly leaving the customer with the error code 10005, "Login Failed. We're sorry, that didn't work! Mind entering your username and password again? Error code: 10005" STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAMERA.Addendum #2: During the 3 days I was unable to connect to the camera, it was apparently recording to the cloud, although I had a SD card installed and working. I was under the assumption from the manual that recording on a SD card was a way to not use the cloud services at all. It used 13 GB's of data recording to the cloud during the time I was unable to connect!!! I have since unplugged the camera. Every attempt I have made to get a refund according to their "45 day full warranty" has gone unanswered. So I now own a nonworking camera that has cost me well over $100. I am going to Amazon to see if this product can be removed. I will update when I find out.

Update Mar 2018. Had one camera go out, went to reset it and nothing. So since theres no warranty we decided to open it up. Guess what they forgot to put in the reset button inthe cam.Might be why others are having issues resetting the device. Now it drops to a 1 star. Sad because when they work they work well but you hsve to have all the components installs.Update on the last update::: found out the whole problem with these cameras is the iso app and the fact that you cant use them on 5gig wifi. Once you set it up on an android the you can easily view it on iso devices. Even after having these issues when they work they are the best but it isnt as easy to find out the problems and get the glitches out.Update, the power went out and you cant reboot the cameras. Not by resetting them, or by directly connecting them to the router or wifi. Tried everything. Bought 2 new ones that I havent even connected, cant return the product. Only 30days warranty. Dont buy.Great little camera, fairly easy to set up. Problems are, you have to subcribe to a service to see any events missed. 5 dollar per month. That said you can review on the sd card when you get home. Issue I have with it is theres not any battery to hold wifi passwords, so if the power goes off or you unplug it you have to reset the wifi. Kinda misses the point of using it to watch home when it looses the connection. But when it works its very clear day or night, wide angle and very clear pic and sound.

Yay, works behind glass!
My main reason for purchasing this particular camera is because the motion detection works behind a window. I have it sitting in the window to catch the front door area. The motion and sound detection work great. It also has very clear videos. However, the night vision does not work behind the glass because of the glare that comes off the window. However, it still catches motion. You will just see a dark shadow though.Set up of the camera was very easy. The app is pretty easy to use as well. It having a cloud storage option is great. After the free trial period, I think I will use my SD card and see how that works. If it works, no need to buy cloud space.I didn't give it a full 5 stars for these reasons, which aren't too major for me, but may be important to some:1) It seems a little lightweight, not real sturdy, but it works, so...2) Did not come with the wall adapter, just the cord. Luckily I have a few extras just hanging around from my phone chargers..3) Charger cord is very short. It barely reaches from my window to the outlet, which is right under the window. You may need an extension cord depending on where your outlet is.4) The two-way talk/listen is like a walkie-talkie. You have to hold down the make-shift button on the app to talk and then let it go to listen. I had a camera that allowed each person to talk freely, but that camera's motion detection didn't work behind a window/glass...so there you go.5) If you want 24 hr. recording, it doesn't do that. It only records when it detects motion and/or sound. If the motion and sound detection works, I don't see why you would need 24 hour recording, much of which may be dead (no action). But you may need it for another reason I don't know, so this is just my opinion...lol You can, however, watch live 24/7..Overall, for the price and functionality, I would highly recommend this camera.

I just wasted an hour that I will never get back
This camera comes with NO INFORMATION ABOUT THE CAMERA ITSELF, only the app. I read the information THOROUGHLY. I have no idea where the so called reset button is. The camera will not connect to my internet no matter what I do it always fails. There is NO PHONE NUMBER FOR SUPPORT in the user manual or ANYWHERE ELSE. User manual is POORLY WRITTEN - the word buzz really means click ??? I guess. I have no time for this. I just wasted an hour that I will never get back. I am a tech savvy person and there is nothing about this that makes any sense at all. I think most of these reviews are made up.
