Great little commuter mug
I enjoy using my new mugs. I also appreciate the company - they stand behind the product and replaced a broken mug very expeditiously. I don't like writing reviews, but when companies do a great job of fixing problems, I think they deserve the credit!

Leaks and does not retain heat.
I bought this to transfport coffee from home to my morning commute. It leaks terribly and doesn't keep beverage hot one bit. Bodum normally has great products but this is ready for the trash. No Joy in the mug!!!

Not what I was expecting but not bad.
I did a search for double walled GLASS coffee mugs. This popped up and looked right and I like the brand so I bought it. But when it arrived I noticed it is plastic not glass. My fault for not double checking but I'm annoyed that I specifically searched for glass and Amazon suggested this instead... Ugh now I have to find another mug because this was supposed to be a gift for someone who doesn't want plastic.
