great if you loose your keys
I got this to have an extra key for my house outside. Easy to mount, easy to set the combo. great for if someone is coming over to do work or a guest. Worked so well I got one for my neighbor who recently locked himself out of his house. he loved it. Great price... or pay for a locksmith to come out, and the hour or so wait.

Good sized lockbox
We were having a hard time fitting a key with a keychain in a standard key box so went with a larger one. Mounted it to the door frame. So far it works well. I replaced the screws provided because the Phillips head was stripping out when installing. (Soft steel)
