It didn’t really fit my 09 Silverado well . Anyway I could exchange it for a different one from the same seller ?

Wasn’t made for your truck. 99-07

How do I get the hex nut Into the talegate they are bigger than the holes in mine and I don’t wanna have to pound them in it?

I did not use the hex nuts. I used double side tape all around. I believe you have to take apart the tailgate in order to install the hex nuts from behind.

Why didn’t mine come with bolts?????????

it should have come with bolts. contact the seller
