Looks amazing! Super bright.
Can’t say how long it will last, but just received and when plugged in, it’s so bright! Looks awesome. Dimmer has 3 settings and looks like the lowest is bright enough! Took forever for shipping, multiple delays but worth the wait (so far!) Didn’t know that it also comes with screws and chain to hang it!

1 sign arrived defective & I cannot return/obtain replacement
Unsure if this is a seller or AMZ policy, but I cannot seem to find a way to contact the seller about correcting this defective item. Absolutely unacceptable there is no recourse for receiving a damaged product.

Great features
I like that there are dimming features on this sign! I have other neon signs that don’t do that and it’s not as convenient. I will say I wish there were better fonts to choose from but other than that it was great. I got it as a gift to my brother and he loved it.
