This is a great hoverboard! I bought this for my 11 year old son, & from the minute it was fully charged until it runs out every time, he's on it. It was the best money spent - worth every penny! He had also never been on a hoverboard in his life before, and he hopped on this and within 5 minutes he was riding it like a pro!We had an issue with the charger about 2 weeks into owning it. I emailed the company that sells this hoverboard, and the owner,for some reason couldn't reply back to me via Amazon (my settings I think) but just a few days later, a brand new hoverboard charger shows up in my mailbox! I emailed the company & he confirmed & let me know he did send my son a replacement at no charge, so he could keep enjoying his new toy! This guy has GOT to be a dad! 😃Seriously though, that's some 5 star impressive customer service! I have no doubts that if I had any other questions or concerns, these guys would do everything they could to help. I HIGHLY recommend them as a seller! I couldn't be happier! 😁

Very great Hoover board! Great customer service. My 10 year old and 5 year old love it! Scratches easy, but that’s inevitable. I’m sure they all do;)

Liked nothing about it. Did not work right out of box. Contacted Amazon. Referred me to sales company. They suggested trying to reset. Nothing about a reset in the manual. Only knew this after getting email from company, Hogh Tech. Reset worked....for about 45 minutes. Lights went out on left side and discovered two wires hanging from underneath left side. At that time the right wheel froze. Fed up adult and disappointed child. Won't be eager to buy this type of item again.

My 12 year old daughter got this as a replacement for her old one that was accidentally thrown out. She said it was easier to ride and smoother ride than the other one. Was set up and ready to ride right out of the box. The Bluetooth speakers are good quality producing a good sound and was easy to connect to her iPod. She loves it!!!

This hover board is unbelievable! I bought it for my 11 year old daughter and she picked it up in minutes! Then it was my 13 year olds turn and she did amazing! Then it was EVERY kid on the blocks turn, some were great, some not so much... But, that brings me to my next point - durability is absolutely five stars. The thing never turns off and seems like it goes forever! Very pleasantly surprised with how great of buy this was... thank you for selling such a quality item!

This is a beautiful board with flashing colored lights that my grandson just loves. It came already charged and ready to use right out of the box. My 8 y/o grandson had no problem using it and goes everywhere with it. This is a great buy.

The battery does not last as long as it should, charger stopped working after two charges. I ended up returning this and purchasing from a different company.

This is a well made product. It was a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. She loves it.
