Although this set isn't fine crystal, the glass decanter, its lid, and two glasses are heavy and of very good quality.The stainless steel accessories are all an excellent addition to the set as well. The funnel helped ensure no drop was spilled while transferring whiskey from bottle to decanter. The tongs are so useful for both avoiding touching the whiskey balls with the fingers and for placing them in a glass without accidentally shattering the bottom. Also, they stay cold for a very long time, but without diluting your drink.A velvet drawstring bag was included to safely store the whiskey balls in the freezer, ensuring one won't roll out and bash my foot, so that was a very nice addition to the set.Last, but not least, the packaging was topnotch. The outer cardboard shipping box had some protective packing, while the gift box had cutouts for each piece, plus a padded cover to place over them before closing the lid, which had a magnetic closure. It even included a booklet of some interesting cocktail recipes.Overall, 10/10, definitely would buy again, rather than spending $200+ on a crystal decanter alone. The gift was received with great enthusiasm, which was worth every cent. Since being used for a few drinks, the set has continued to create enjoyment. Highly recommended!

I gave to a family member as a housewarming gift. The quality was great and it really is beautiful in person. Only complaint, the lovely box it came in was damaged :( . It had a large dent in the corner.

First and foremost it came with no breaks or cracks and that’s already a good sign in my book. It’s packaged very nicely and it’s surprisingly heavier than I thought it would be.The glass feels like good quality for the price. Will it be the most durable? No. Am I still impressed by it for the price? Absolutely. I appreciate that the top to the glass isn’t a rubber connector but rather all glass and fits nicely.The rest of the set is just regular stainless steel, not much to comment on there.The little recipe book was a nice addition to the set.

First, I have to say I LOVE Aberdeen Oak products. I got the smoker set sone time ago, then some glasses, and now the decanter, which came with extra glasses! Their quality is so good. The box and presentation are top notch. All the instructions on setting and maintenance are easy to understand. Great value for your investment! Perfect gift for the holidays for your fellow whiskey drinkers (or whatever their favorite spirit is🤣).

I was positively surprised by the set and all the details and accessories it came with. I bought it for myself to decorate on my minibar but it would surely make a great gift. The box itself is nice too and everything seems to be great quality. I would purchase it again!
