I emailed this company before purchasing this item. Of course it was a Christmas gift and I didn't want to open it, so I emailed asking them if it would be okay..they advised it was fine not to open it till Christmas and within a week the hoverboard quit holding a charge, stopped charging. I hate to give bad reviews but now I have emailed them several time and have gotten nothing in response..so yes waste 200.oo dollars I mean that's nothing right? Will never order from this company again.

My daughter loves this thing! It's a little heavy for her to carry, but that just speaks to the build quality of it. Bluetooth works well and the sound range is great. Charges pretty quick and lasts for quite a long time. The bag is a bit of a joke, very tight fit, but you don't buy it for the bag, it's just icing on the cake. The company has sent us a couple messages to make sure we were happy with our purchase as well.

After having charging issues with our CXInWalk Hoverboard , yayGear replaced the unit. We didn't expect to have the unit replaced, however the yayGear team sent us a brand new board! I cant explain how happy this made my daughter!! This was Total Customer Satisfaction at its finest! Thank You! Kyle
