I have sleep apnea and get drowsy sometimes when I drive, this helps keep me awake, but you still have to be aware of how sleepy you are and spray it as needed as the intervals don't seem to be too long. It's a good kick on the brain to stay awake, but it's not like drinking caffeinated drinks where the effect lasts a long time. Overall still a good product since it's 100% natural and doesn't have caffeine in it.

Wow, this is basically lemon concentrate and tastes awful. I would not have bought these if I had a chance to taste them first.

Gave myself a squirt on the tongue and wow feels like that will wake your ass up!4 stars because I haven't used it in an actual need. But I've got it in the car and see what happens! Then a 5 will come?

I heard Anson Williams on the radio pushing this stuff. Rarely do i fall for a sales pitch, but this guy is so down-to-earth and genuine, i took notice. The inspiration for him to found these drops is a good story. Anyway, they definitely worked for me. I travel all the time for work. When you are tired, and close to your destination, that is a dangerous time! My fellow drivers know the feeling. Too close to stop, but far enough to seem like forever when your eyelids are fighting to close. Well, one squirt of this OVERWHELMINGLY SOUR potion on your tongue and a chill goes down your spine. Way more sour than just plain lemon juice. The effect lasts 10-15 ninutes. Wish it lasted longer, but 15 minutes is enough time to get you to safety. For those few that claim it didn't work, perhaps they are less sensitive to sour tastes. Try it. It's cheaper than you insurance deductible.

At first my husband appreciated the lemon shot to help him while driving. After a short time, there was gunk coming out of the sprayer (dried salt-like substance). Soon after that the sprayer stopped working. A real waste.

Definitely jolts you back from sleepiness while driving -and/or- anything else important that you might be doing for which you l need to stay awake.It’s a bit of a “sour” taste (but not terribly potent in the bad way like some of those super strong candies). Sour’y jolt that makes your body’s system be again alert enough to be safe and continue your task at hand.

Taste is awful although that was expected. Does absolutely nothing in terms of taking me out of that drowsy state. After spraying it in my mouth, I'm right back to nodding out not even a minute or two later.
