I would like to have had more room in the cap for my long hair. It's the first swim cap I've ever had because I didn't know there were latex-free caps. I do like the ear plugs. I don't use the nose plug. The goggles are good. I think I'd prefer to have a double strap on the back of them so they would stay in place better. I'm still glad I purchased them.
