Upgraded Smart Scent Air Machine with Smart Cold Air Technology for Home, Wall Mounted Cold Air Scent Machine, Waterless Scent Diffuser

I received this diffuser in plain brown box with sticker to identify what was in box. Diffuser had styrofoam on either end but cord, key and lock were loose in the box. No instructions and strong perfume odor as if previously used. I tried 3 batteries but it wouldn't work. I absolutely cannot believe that I was charged $106 dollars for a pre-used and broken diffuser-lock not even attached to door. I absolutely do not recommend this product to anyone!!

I was about to box this up and return it because I couldn't figure out if it was working or not, why it was making a strange rattling noise... Did I have covid and not know it, why can't I smell anything? I was reading through all the reviews trying to find anything that could help me figure this thing out, but nothing. I figured I'd give one more try so I opened it up (seriously, why is it so difficult to own though?), and I pulled the bottle of oil out and checked everywhere around it for a blockage. I opened the bottle and saw there was something in the little tube and started to dig at it- realized, nope that's a tiny little net, don't do that. I did push it up further into the tube inadvertently and maybe that could have helped, maybe not. Then I took the whole tube out and ran the entire white top under water, making sure water was going in and coming out of both sides. When I put it back together, my very expensive oil started to spill out (ugh) when I tipped it over so I knew I at least changed something. I turned it back on and immediately it sprayed out a little fog, and with no rattling noise! So no, I don't know really know exactly what I fixed, but I'm thinking something was just a little clogged. If you try what I did you might have a better experience afterward. Even though, it is super annoying that there aren't better instructions- minus a star for that!

Less than a year old and no longer functioning

The media could not be loaded.  Shipping was very fast, I got same day delivery. I purchased this item during prime sales at a good discount but it feels like I got a bad batch because I’m looking at the reviews and it’s says the product is very quiet.Mine is super loud when it diffuses (scared my husband and 18 month old). It makes a loud grinding sound, like an old machine each time it diffuses oil. Also every time I go into the app to modify the settings, it beeps thrice. This can be startling and annoying because I don’t understand why they programmed the device to beep each time you open the app. If it had a volume control button to reduce the sound, then that would make sense. I don’t need a loud notice whenever I go into the app, I know I’m in the app, does the device have to beep thrice to confirm I’m using the app?These are the only cons I’ve identified so far. I will update my review after 24hours of using the device to see how well it diffuses but for now, other than the noise, I think it works as advertised. I may have to return the device if I cannot bear the sound or get a good replacement.***UPDATE***It’s not up to 24 hours and the diffuser leaks a good amount of oil. I checked and everything is properly sealed and tight. I really wanted to like this device but I don’t think this would work for me.

NOt sure this is working at all. The app is kind of crappy and frankly it just doesn't work. spend your money elsewhere.

This product is made cheaply and over priced. The key that locks the unit is plastic and will for sure get lost.
