I am very disappointed with this product, I thought it would solve all my threading problems but apparently I got scammed.The product is easy-ish to assemble but the thread was nowhere near as tight as it should’ve been to remove thin facial hair.Another thing they lied about is the dial to tighten the thread, it doesn’t work! It gets pushed in and out only and doesn't affect the thread’s tightness in any way.Another thing is that the placement of the thread behind the body is blocking me from clearly seeing where the x of the thread is so I couldn’t use it on my eyebrows for example, which is the whole reason I bought this product.I will definitely ask for a refund because I didn’t get what I wanted from this product..

I will continue to use traditional threading method using my hand.The movement range is to short so it can never remove any hair.Also impossible to adjust tightness of the thread. It is too lose and this is another reason that it does not remove any hair.COMPLETELY USELESS.

Not to good difficult to thread back up should of had some thread included with it not worth the money

This product is advertised falsely. It does not do what it says. It is a piece of plastic and the thread does not pull. Absolute waste of money.

Quite good easy to use

Does not do what it says very cheaply made very disappointed no tension won't go tight 😕
