Scienlodic Red & Infrared Light Therapy Pad for Body

This infrared therapy pad has stopped working in 2 months, a month outside of the return window. I have only used this lightly. The plug that connects to the pad needs to be held in place or the lights do not stay on. This then leads to the connection point getting extremely hot and smells of melting plastic. I can no longer use do the to fear of fire or injury. Do not recommend.

Died after a few uses. The plug where the power connects to the belt gets very warm and smells hot.

This worked well for about 8 months of probably 1-2/ week use. Now, this thing doesn’t turn on at all. Save your money. Cheaply made.

It was supposed to come with a warranty. I bought in jan 2023 and it has been found defective. Part of the hold where the wire is got steaming hot, i looked and it was about on fire. I cant get a hold of seller. Amazon isnt helping, please how do i get this fixed? Its a 300.00 product. The Uniform Commercial Code has a set amount of time a company remains responsible.

I Really Like This Product. I Thought It Was Under Warranty . I Got A Shock From The Black Piece.Then It Didn’t Work Anymore. I Returned It. I Thought It Would Get Fixed Or Replaced.Instead I Was Charged Almost $50.00 For A Restocking Fee. I Said How Can You Restock Something That Doesn’t Work? I Thought It Was Under Warranty! Now I Don’t Have One And Am Not Sure I Should Buy Another One.

Good quality manufacture, fairly easy to use, quite comfortable, though the flashing lights can affect your vision unless you put a towel or blanket over the pad area.

The pad worked great when it worked. The cord attached to the pad and the power supply got incredibly hot, and that made the pad shut off. In fact, the connection to the pad melted and you could not touch it without burning your skin. I returned it and did not buy another one of this brand, but the one I did buy does not get hot, so it has to be the cord/connection. Hopefully they get the power connection fixed.

This really was nice and helped with my knee and back pain. But after a few uses, today it started with an electrical burning smell and then smoke started billowing out of the port where the power plugs into the mat. I’m was able to quickly unplug everything and am trying to get the burning smell out of my room. I really did like it before it started burning.
