It is Okay at best the lid is not water proof had it for a few weeks roughly and even though I was by hand or in the dishwasher it holds the smell of the dish soap. Its pretty bad considering throwing them out. It also makes the food smell like soap and no matter how many times i rinse it the smell does not go away or dissipate. Moreover, the lid seems to be roughly a 1/16' of an inch to small and makes closing the container difficult I have 2 of these containers and both have this issue from the first day. I bought Eco-one in the past and never had this problem I think i will be going back.. So if you buy this product I would recommend you use is for dry food like cereal or something and just rinse with warm water.

I idea behind this is great. Unfortunately these happen to be extremely heavy, which isn't ideal for my kid's already-heavy school bags. Also, the compartments are not individually sealed. The lid doesn't seal the compartments so the fruit I put in one compartment and crackers I put in another combined into a big mess. Don't use these unless you can ensure they will stay completely horizontal or else all of your food will mix, which kind of defeats the purpose of a bento box, right?

Love the idea but after washing it in the washer a few times the clips on the side don’t clip anymore

Sturdy and durable. My 5 yr old can open, close , expand and collapse it so my objective was met. No fifth star because I wd like it to have kept applesauce from moving into other compartments but I did not expect it to.

Worked well for a bit but the rubber gasket shrunk so now it doesn’t fit properly. I love the idea of it though

I bought this to replace one I had from Walmart. I like that it's thick and keeps my food separate. Liquid will pass to other sections. Lid kept it's shape which is nice even after putting it in the dishwasher.

I bought two of these to send my kids to school with lunch and reduce waste. They started to grow mold in the lid after just 2 weeks of use and are difficult to clean. The lid is also starting to crack where it snaps on. See photos of black mold and crack in lid. I bought these in September for back to school and it is January and I need to buy two new bento style lunch boxes.

The box is just as nice as others I have; however, I really have been searching for a two-compartment box. This is as close as I could find. It will do well, I am sure.
