Great Power Bank
I used the same USB 3.0 cord (That I also got from Amazon) to charge my LG V20 and Nintendo Switch using the same 3.0 USB port. The Power Bank recognizes the LG V20 Quick Charge capability and displays QC 3.0, 9V at 2.0A Out. While playing hand held with my Nintendo Switch The display is 5V at 3.0A, this is enough power to add or maintain 100% charge level to the Switch while playing a game like "Super Mario Oddessy" at the same time.

Difficult to recharge it in fast mode
Overall a great/large power bank. I have deducted 1 star because it is sometimes VERY difficult to get it to quick charge itself. I would say 80% of the time you plug it in it gets set to 5V 2.1A and it charges VERY slowly!! I have tried both the micro and type c ports with little success. The only way it seems to want to quick charge is if I use the micro-USB port and sometimes after I plug it in I can push the button and it changes to 9V at 2A and it will charge rather quickly. The problem is, it sometimes takes up to 15 attempts to get the desired result. Its a good thing this power bank is large and I dont have to charge it very often because if I did it would probably take it down to 3 stars.

Works great so far
Works great so far. Don’t like the button. Rather just be able to plug in and not have to press button to turn on. Fast charging to devices but slow to charge itself even when using usb c port with highest amp connection.Update: 1/5/18: Unit stopped working after plugging in one USB camera. Used everyday up until this. No lights anymore.

Not worth the price!
I bought this so i have backup for my Macbook 12" / Iphone etc. And it's very far from my expectations! 1. it takes a full day to recharge the battery. 2. It can charge my Iphone once only on a full battery. 3. It gives me no more than 30% extra battery on my Macbook. For the price and size, this is very disappointing and i am hoping that i can get a replacement or a refund?..

It works but if you want to charge something with low power req (e-cigarette, headphones), forget about it, the law trigger threshold is too high on this POS.I’d buy rav power or the other one (forgot the name) that are more $$ if I were you...

Good capacity, but, not quite as described.
Battery takes in 17600 mAh during charge from 0 to 100% in 10h and 41 minutes at 5.2V 1.67A input (average) ( fifth charge cycle ), not 26800 as advertised. Still a pretty good capacity, though, not as described.

USB-C port doesn't charge iPhones.
The only thing I have against this device is that the usb-c port DOESN'T work on iPhones. It charges a MacBook with the c-port but that's it apparently. I wish they would have specified in the specs that the usb-c port doesn't charge iPhones rather than using the words since that's the principle reason I bought the thing. I even bought a pack of new usb-c cords so I could use one with it and keep my other one in the car. Oh well. I'm guessing the c-port outputs too many amps (3 instead of 1) and that's why it doesn't work. And that's fine if that's whats needed to charge a MacBook. I'd rather it charged a MacBook than phones only. Plus its nice you can use your MacBook charger to charge the thing. I just think a little disclosure would be in order ;). Otherwise a lot of people might think their device is broken, like I did. "Universally compatible" gives the wrong impression without a disclaimer.
