These tags are beautiful and thoroughly exceeded my expectations! They make me so happy and filled with love when I see them on our dogs.Placing an order was easy. You can customize it directly from the Amazon page and I like that there is a preview of what it looks like so you can cycle through font styles. I wanted the names underlined just like the one that says "Dakota" in the video and was confused how to add that to the customization so I messaged the seller. I got a really fast response with a photo back of a sketch up of the tags. It was exactly what I had envisioned so I placed the order for two heart tags with front and back text. They came a few days earlier which was a nice surprise and well packaged with each tag in it's own small bag to prevent scratches. They are so beautifully crafted, and truly deeply engraved!!! They look and feel higher quality than other tags I've gotten which were marketed as "engraved" but were just printed on and rubbed off within the first week.We just adopted a puppy after a heartbreaking loss so when I got these in the mail and put on her tag I wanted to cry. Seeing the tag on her made me swell up with emotion because it meant she was officially home. I am so happy with these tags, we've received so many compliments and strangers always asks where they're from. Thank you so much again for my beautiful new dog tags! I will be ordering more for our other collars so we don't have to change out the tag for seasonal collars!

The print is nice and engraving is deep. Easy to read and looks like it will last.

FABULOUS customer service! The seller ended up sending us a total of three proofs before proceeding with the order, to make sure what we got exactly what we wanted. Who does that anymore? We were SO impressed by their service and pride in their product! It's a heavy duty tag (stainless) with deep engraving that will NOT fade over time. We especially liked being able to change the font on the front, making it just a little bit sassy (much like the sweet sheepadoodle that wears it). Look no further ! In the past I’ve bought 2 tags from this seller for my dogs and they hold up great ! We just got a puppy and I had to get her one of these also. Lettering is engraved, therefore won’t come off like the others.Tag is a little scratched because she’s worn it for some time now but lettering is intact !For reference I got the XS Round and I think it’s perfect for my 11lb fur baby. All the info is visible and tag is perfect for her size.Customer service is great also !

Bought this for my niece's dog. Nice, deep engraving which is easy to read. 2 sided tags are the way to go...pet's name and owner's phone # on one side and vet info on the other.

Just received this today and the overall quality of the tag is great! It is real engraving and not just printed on like some of the other tags out there. The engraving seems pretty deep as well. The size fits my golden retriever puppy nicely and should still be big enough when she's full grown (we got the 1 X 1-1/2 size.) Also the seller was extremely responsive and helpful when I messaged them about when it would be delivered. It was delivered right inbetween the estimated delivery time which was great!The one thing that is disappointing is the key chain it comes with. It is VERY small. We could barely get it on the tag. Then we tried to put it on the actual collar which was impossible. We have a medium sized puppy dog collar and it's not even big enough to be able to put it on the collar chain. It's effectively useless unless you have a tiny dog with a tiny collar on the chain. See pictures attached.NOTE: The ring on the dog tag in the picture did not come with the product. The tiny ring sitting next to the dog tag is the one that came with it. We ended up taking a ring off one of our car key chains and used that on the tag which works much better. In the second picture you can see the collar chain and the tiny chain next to it that was impossible to get onto the collar.Overall, great quality dog tag! Just wish it came with a bigger ring.
