I have 4 of these cameras. They are very reliable and have not had any issues for one year. The cell pictures are good and the SD card pictures are very clear. I will definitely buy more of these cameras.

The negative review regarding the SD card is due to not reading the directions. For one, you have to buy your own SD card and it has to be EXACTLY the right class for it to operate correctly. Setup is beyond easy with this camera and the picture and video quality is superb. When reading reviews make sure to take into consideration people’s inability to either understand or follow the directions that come with the camera and what it requires to operate. This may mean that you have to purchase an SD card separately. If in fact you bought an SD card that is the correct class and it’s still not working, there’s a good chance that you may have bent it being to forceful when trying to place it Into the slot. Sure there’s probably a few once in a while that may be a lemon but I have several of these cameras and not one has been a problem.

After a lot of research, I decided on this Tactacam Reveal cellular trail camera. No problems with the App or setting up the camera; however, the camera would not work. Talked with customer support five times. They were no help whatsoever. Each time they said it was the SD card. I purchased four different SD cards. Each time I inquired to make sure to get the correct SD card. I also set up two different cellular plans which was a hassle because the packaging indicated that the camera would work with AT&T and Verizon, in reality, it was supposed to work with Tactacam’s cellular service. So ended up paying for and activating three different cellular companies. Even with this, it was useless because the customer support was terrible and so after three cellular plans and four SD cards, the camera still did not work. The Tactacam Company said it was not the camera but the SD cards. However with four different SD cards which were recommended by the company, the camera still did not work. Customer support never called me back so I had to just return the camera to Amazon. Good luck on getting this camera to work and very limited customer support. I will not buy another Tactacam.

Gotta love paying for a brand new camera that’s been used and returned already for some god knows reason. 🫠Could’ve just bought a used one for cheaper 🤷‍♂️

Hands down the best cellular camera I’ve ever owned! I’ve had several different brands. It’s super easy to set up and use. Takes great pics and videos. Not super expensive and the pic subscriptions are expensive either. The only thing I don’t like it there’s really no way to set the picture delay longer than 2 seconds which can eat up your pics if you have the camera in your food plot and the deer are in the plot for a while. If you read what type of SD card to get for the camera there is no problem either.

I’ve been having nothing but problems setting this thing up. It keeps saying the SD card is bad. Do they send you a new SD card that is no good? I work Monday thru Friday 8-5 and that’s their customer service hours. I can’t be at work with a trail cam in my hand and on my phone. I’m so frustrated with this thing that I’m just sending it back

I have had nothing but problems with this camera since I put it in the woods. It wont take pictures, it won't update, and it won't send pictures. i've called tech support and they were absolutely garbage. i told them that I replaced the SD card three times and they told me to try it again. I'm not gonna keep buying SD cards because of their garbage product.
