Modern Real Estate Practice Flashcard Review 21st Edition

This item is pointless for studying. The cards are paper thin, flimsy and the answers are completely visible on the question side so you know the answer before even reading the question. The picture is with an another card behind it, the paper is clearly too thin for the ink so it shows through. I was very excited to use this as a study tool but for $60, it is definitely not worth it.
