This product is awesome! The ease of assembly, the locking mechanisms and the mounting hardware make this product an A#1 product. However, I had to give it 3 stars because of the glare of the poster cover. The glare is worse than plain glass and from most angles you can't even see half of the image print. I notified the seller, and they were most responsive, polite and wonderful, but their solution was to buy an additional cover for another $35 dollars that was no glare. I've tried for 6 months to live with the glare and thought I could get used to it, but I absolutely hate it. I bought this poster frame to avoid the high cost of framing some sentimental art. To use it and actually see the 100% of the art, I will have to be out about $100 through them which I could have spent at the local craft store for a real art frame. I can't imagine anyone would have liked the glare cover versus the non-glare and don't know why that wasn't an original option. They seem to be a great company with a great product, but know that you will have to live with the glare when you buy it.

I needed a frame this size (25” square) and was having trouble finding. This seemed to fit the bill, so I ordered even though there were no reviews. It took me a few minutes to figure out how to open the frame to place the poster inside (directions weren’t exactly clear but they did have a link to a video which I did not have to resort to). But once I figured it out, I was pleased. Clever design. It came with clear plastic covers to protect the work (I didn’t use - not sure how well they work). I wasn’t thrilled with how you have to hang this - you have to screw 2 screws into wall and then slide them into holes on back of frame. Luckily someone else hung this for me. Drill, level, and more time than I usually put into hanging. Would have preferred hanging wire. So, I deduct a star for that. Otherwise nice product.

The biggest thing these SnapeZo frames have going for them is ease of use. No more bending of little slats of metal, no more wrestling large posters into place from the back - just snap the frame open from the front of the frame, slide the sheet into place, lay the plastic over it, and snap the frame closed. I've never had a framing experience as easy as that.The quality of materials is really high. I'm very pleased with this purchase; they might be a bit more expensive than competitive frames, but the combination of quality and ease of use makes it well worth it.

I purchased this frame as a part of a birthday gift. When I received it, I was confused as to how to open it because it is unlike any frame I have ever used. The instructions didn't make sense to me at first because I was trying to relate it to something I was already familiar with, but once I looked at some pictures, I realized my mistake, and it was easy to lift the frame pieces up and they snap back into place with ease. It came with two PVC covers - one already in place and the other was taped to the back. They didn't seem perfectly clear, but once in place, they didn't obscure the picture in any way.I purchased the frame in purple, which is more like a magenta/boysenberry. The metal frame didn't have any scratches, but if we're being really picky, the corners weren't exactly flush and you could see the silver metal line on one corner where the sides come together if you looked at it from an angle. I'd buy another one - probably in black - so if the silver edge is still present, I could easily fix it with a marker.

Great frame! It’s hard to find an actual 27x41 frame. I did not want to have to cut my poster to fit into a 27x40. It works great and very simple to use.

I had a poster that was an off-size for what you can typically buy at the local chain craft stores, but found this one on Amazon. It fit my poster perfectly, with no trimming needed, and for that I was most appreciative. Moreover, it was really easy to mount my poster. None of those small metal tabs to be bent back and forth. The sides of the frame just snap open on hinges; couldn't be much easier. The only downside (and the reason this frame doesn't get 5 stars) was the lack of any sort of hanging system or decent hanging hardware. I was able to improvise by attaching my hanging wire to a couple of small S-hooks that I hooked into two of the pre-drilled holes in the back of the metal frame, and that worked fine. I haven't run across these frames before, but I will be looking for them as my first choice in the future (assuming they have the size I need, of course).

This frame sounds good in theory, but I have a few issues with it:The frame is metal with a plastic backing, so it’s impossible to attach traditional mounting hardware. The only way to hang the frame is to screw it directly to the wall, which involves drilling holes in the wall (which I really didn’t want to do). They also suggest using Velcro strips, which doesn’t sound very secure.The protective cover is just a thin sheet of plastic which does not lie flat, so you get a warped view of your poster. There’s also a lot of glare.Switching out posters once the frame is mounted on the wall isn’t as easy as it sounds, especially if the poster is rolled. It’s definitely a two- person job.Next time I think I’ll spend the money and have my poster professionally framed.
