Amazing Build Quality and Above Average Sound!
Was a little worried when ordering these earbuds, never heard of Senzer and the relatively few reviews didn't inspire confidence. I am a long-time audio lover and have owned dozens of headphones and earbuds of various quality, from $10 - $350.. So here is my day one review.Packaging: Fantastic package and included extras, the optional eartips and bag are a nice touch and provide a lot of options. Very good.Size/Fit/Feel: This important as I listen for hours on end.. These are large earbuds, not the tips, the actual body of the earbud is on the large side. They are very light and after trying them for several hours today had no comfort issues. The memory foam style tip worked well for me, as did the medium rubberized tip. Overall, very good.Sound Quality: For the price, I am very pleased with the sound quality. The highs are crisp with no artifacts or harshness. The mids are rich and snappy, Yo-Yo Ma's cello is rich and clear. Disturbed's rendition of Sound of Silence was haunting and immediate. About the only disappointment was in the 60-90Hz range, where the bass sounds a little muddy. On The Weeknd's The Hills track the slight bloom of the bassline is noticeable, but not unlistenable. After EQ'ing a bit I was able to find a happy low frequency level. Overall, very good.Cable, Connector, Mic and Controls: The cable is an interesting spiral affair with a clear coating the makes in nearly round. This should prevent tangling and the strain relief looks solid. The mic is acceptable for calls and the controls have a satisfying click and are well spaced.Build Quality: The case, cable and connector and controls are all very well made with great fit and finish. I wish the plug had a 45 or 90 degree bend, but it is a good connector and is narrow enough to work on phones with cases.Minor Quibbles: The right/left marking is almost impossible to see, some white on the lettering would be helpful. (hint: the earbud with the controls on the cable is the right)Summary: Solid value and these rival any earbud I have tried under $100.Hopefully, they will consider making a 2 or 3 driver audiophile version, I think there is a market for a competitively priced alternative to 1MORE and Shure, et al.

Good Sound and a Comforable Feel
I was impressed by the quality of these ear buds and they feel comfortable in the ears. The sound is good with the highs, lows and mids producing descent sound. In the box there are 6 other pair of rubber earbud attachments for different sized ears to allow a comfortable feel for most ear sizes. What I like most about the about the earbud ergonomic design is that the earbuds don't easily pop out. I use the earbuds on my iPhone and the buttons have the same functionality as the factory earbuds.

DEFECTIVE DESIGN. Ripoff
The first time i bought this with extremely high hopes based on price. I had the normal Panasonic earbuds for years and never had a problem but i wanted an upgrade in terms of sound quality and thought this was it. Within the first month of use, the volume button/mic completely stopped working, and the ear bud fell off on one side. Angry at the money I spent for this crap, I contacted customer service, who was excellent and offered a new pair so I took it, thinking maybe I got the defective one in the batch. Again, within months of use, the left earbud has completely fallen off. WHAT A RIPOFF!!!!

Great mid-level earbuds
I got these earbuds because I was tired of having $10-$20 pairs stop working after a few months. The cord is very durable, the volume and play/pause buttons work great, and the sound is definitely a step up from what I'm used to! These headphones come with foam tips that make a great sound seal and are very comfortable once you get used to them, and it also comes with 6 sets of rubber tips if you don't like the foam. I've only had these for a month now but I have nothing but good things to say about them. I also got the 2 year protection plan for $1.50 so even if they do break (again though, very durable cord) I'm covered!

Good sound, but beware quality problems.
After having read most of the reviews and sending mine back because a button fell off, I believe quality control is a problem with these. The sound was average in tone, but delivered plenty of volume to make music and spoken word audible on the subway without any distortion. I agree that the bass is a little overblown, but some quick tinkering with the equalizer fixed that. I used the foam inserts exclusively as they were very comfortable and blocked a lot of ambient noise. The cord is a bit long, but doesn't tangle easily or make rubbing noises. I have an Galaxy S8 and all the control functions worked perfectly. That is they worked until one of the buttons fell off just a few days after getting them. The return was easy enough. I wasn't smitten with them enough to be ordering them again.

The foam tips are the most comfortable. But don't block out the ambient noise as ...
Cleanest ear phones I've listen to. Crisp, clean sound. Deep bass, without suffering the sound. No distortion what so ever on any level of volume. Build quality is A1, cable and audio jack is A1. Fit is Awsome. You forget there even there. Plenty of different fits for any ear. The foam tips are the most comfortable. But don't block out the ambient noise as well as the silicone. I love these. Highly recomending these.

Surprisingly good bass for earbuds
Surprisingly good bass for earbuds. The memory foam gives good enough noise isolation to listen to music on a loud train. I appreciate the selection of different size rubber buds, but I would rather just have a couple replacement foam buds, since the memory foam is so good. Because the foam/rubber part slides off of the speaker part, be careful when removing them from your ears. It's possible to accidentally drop the foam part and you don't want to lose it.The cord indeed does not tend to tangle. There is one spot where I tuck the cord behind my ear where it has begun to fray, but this doesn't seem to affect the sound as yet. I would advise using the cloth bag provided to store the earbuds and cord when you're not using it. This will keep dust from sticking to the memory foam, avoid the foam parts slipping off, and protect the chord. The drawstring on the storage bag tends to get unknotted, so you may want to re-tie it yourself before you lose the little wood tightener pieces.
