I had to buy this product since you get all of lukas 70 watercolor. Which is their complete watercolor line. This 70 1/2 set is cheaper than the 48 color travel set...plus you get a palette, brush and a heavy wood case..though the watercolor palette holder does come out and can be put in 2 seperate 48 color travel palettes. Tempted to buy again just to have a complete back up set for an amazing price.

This would have gotten a 5 star review but I received a duplicate color. You can't go wrong with this set. 70 pans of beautiful colors. All the pans come wrapped and snapped in place. Wood box is nice And so are the two brushes. I bought a Lukas permanent blue to replace the duplicate blue I got. Just look over your paints closely when you get them. UPDATE: The picture does show fourty eight watercolor pans, the description states 70 colors. I in fact received seventy pans of paint. I strongly suggest to calling Amazon to verify which set you will receive.

Quality of paint is absolutely fantastic & you can’t beat this price for the value. When I had a question customer service got right back to me and that’s what made me pull the trigger & get this paint set that I’ve been eyeing.
