This Brand is the WORST
Been in the screen printing Industry for a while never seen such poor customer service as what iKonix and Ricoma have. I had this machine for less than 4 years they no longer offer parts for it suggested I buy a new one. Technical support couldn’t even give me the mechanical specs for the part broken so I could find it. I would buy ANY brand but this one!!
