Beautiful shower fall and handheld
The media could not be loaded. Only TINY thing is there is a slight delay in hot water to the handheld but it is definitely easy to get used to. Love this shower trim kit!!!

Good Customer Service
A year after using this shower handle, it started leaking, we bought a new rubber ring to replace it and still leaked. I contacted the seller and he was very kind and replied on time. He gave me a number for customer service after the sale and they sent me a replacement of the hose because that’s where the problem was. It’s fixed now and I love the design, very sleek.

Used and broken.
Worked for a day and then started only turning on when another faucet in the house was on. I bought another one and this one came used and broken so I’m returning it and I will try one more.

Great shower, awesome customer service
Bought this shower for our new ensuite as we always wanted a rain head shower. This one is HUGE but you can still tilt it away when needed. The handheld has good pressure too. But the best thing qas their customer service. The shower kit arrived without the knobs to change it from rain head to hand held, they were quick to respond and sent a replacement ASAP.Recommend

Leaking
The media could not be loaded. My contractor installed it but it kept leaking. Tried to fix it a few times but it just kept leaking. Contractor said it is a design problem / deficit, and there is no way to fix this. Amazon asked me to contact seller but I can't find any way to contact the seller here. Super frustrating.

Handheld install not adustable
Looks sturdy well made however to install handheld you need a special drop elbow or a 1/2" pipe nipple extension as it non adjustable to get through all of the layers on your wall to meet the max 5mm depth requirement. You will need 1/2" male / female extension to make it work. I used this and it was a perfect fit https://a.co/d/b4ow8FV
