Using Instruction: 1. Place the knife sharpener on a stable surface. Hold the knife sharpener with one hand to hold the knife. 2. According to the blunt knife do as the following one, two or three steps: Stage One: Stage one: suitable for scissor and single edged knife; put the scissor or single edge on the slot, and put back 3-5 tome with proper pressure. Stage Two: suitable for blunt knife. Same sharpening way with stage one. It's recommended to do it approximately half a year. Stage Three: suitable for fine sharpening and bread knife. Same sharpening way with stage one and two. Recommend to do it approximately once a week or daily use. 3. Clean the knife with water or wiper with and dry it after usage. Clean the knife sharpener with non-abrasive brush. Caution: 1. To avoid damaging the knife, please sharpen the knife slightly. 2. Do not put the sharpener in the dishwasher or submerge in water. 3.
