Evaluate after use. Really convenient.I am so happy I found this product because it has really made my life easier. I love that I can have warm water ready at any desired temperature at all times of the day. This is also something you can use for brewing milk, tea or coffee.This product heats up very quickly with keep warm feature, the temperature can be set and maintained at a constant temperature. There is no need to worry about the water temperature being too high or too low. Moreover, the touch screen works perfect and the display is so easy to read.It works well. However, scaling on the heat plate after using is a little hard to clean which is annoying to me. This is the only issue I have since I have had this kettle. Overall, I recommend it.

This 2 in 1 water warmer/boiler is really handy. I was using a different warmer before I bought this one. The previous baby bottle warmer I had took a very long time to heat up. This one was easy to set up and warms and boils quickly. I usually set the warmer at night since I have a new born and all I do is put my bottle in the warmer since it’s been on idle warming. If I want to boil some hot water for tea I’ll just clean the unit real quick and boil water. Overall unit is very easy to use.

I've bought five of these now for myself and my fellow wildlife rehabbers. It heats to a steady temp within seconds and warms formula inside the syringes so quickly, which is a lifesaver for around-the-clock feedings when we're waking up every two hours and still have to work the next day. It also boils which is handy for sanitizing, and it is easily my #1 best Amazon purchase of all time that makes my daily life so much better!

The media could not be loaded.  UPDATE: I processed a return - they sent me a new one and what do you know, another crap experience! The new one is filthy dirty! It’s clearly been used and not washed, dog hair and rust all over. Very disappointing.Listen, I’m not the sharpest tool in the shed and I thought for sure that my husband would figure this thing out, since for the life of me, I couldn’t! Even my husband, who understands how these heating elements work, said it has to be defective. There are holes in both the bottom of the kettle and the base. Water pours out of both and it just doesn’t work, it’s impossible to use. If we’re both idiots, please feel free to let me know…

Enjoyed this kettle for heating water as needed. Unfortunately, it didn't even last a year. Started sparking and overheating.

My first order I got a used one that did not work. It was stuck on standby and the buttons did nothing. I’m not sure if this is an amazon issue or product defect. I’m going to assume amazon because my replacement had plastic around the device and lid and the first one did not. This would mean amazon shipped me an already returned product. I wanted to give 4 stars, but it truly seems like the company had no fault in my first shipment. The replacement works great and does it’s job. The concept of using it for a baby bottle warmer, coffee, and tea is fantastic. I enjoy using it too top off my tea through the morning.

UPDATE!** customer service reached out to me and wanted to make things right by sending a new item after we discussed the details of what was happening. Great customer service in my opinion!! will update once I receive the new kettle. Loved this kettle when I first received it! I’ve been using it for a couple weeks for my formula fed baby. I would boil water first then set to keep warm at 99 degrees. Within the last day I would hit boil and let it get to boiling and then set to keep warm (decreasing to 99 degrees) and it would continue to stay at 212 degrees boil no matter what setting I used. I unplugged and let it set for awhile thinking it just needed to reset.. no matter what it would just increase the current temperature to 212 every time. I also noticed water underneath the kettle when I took it out next to the hot plate like it was leaking from somewhere. Returning!!
