Switched from using creatine to this supplement. It works very well for me, especially when focusing on strength training vs high reps. The pump lasts and also seems to improve hypertrophy for an extended time when keeping up with routine.Creatine results seemed to disappear quickly, and some times left my stomach feeling bloated. I also experienced mood swings from some types of creatine. I do not experience these when using this product. I would highly recommend. Push to your limits and let it help.

Works well as a standalone if your going stim free but stacked with Rainmaker your in for a heck of a workout. As a standalone you will feel the pump starting within 10 minutes of your workout and lasts well after your done, vascularity was roadmap like! Quite an excellent pump formula. I’ll mix it with a stim pre (Rainmaker) on my morning workouts or is it as a stand alone during the week in the evenings. I always give myself 30 minutes after taking it before I hit the gym. Monster pumps and vascularity when I use this product and it seems to last forever. Flavors are on point or use the unflavored version to mix with a stim pre or BCAA. Get some, you won’t be disappointed.

I love the Bullet Pop flavor, the neutral mix is also great for adding to stimulant pre-workouts like Rainmaker. Overall, I love 1.5-2 scoops, it gives me a great pump!
