Is there a difference between this training system and the superspeed golf training system - long drive? (same color heads)

Yes! In the men's Superspeed training system the clubs are 45". The long drive clubs are 48.75". Additionally, both the light and the heavy "clubs" are 5 grams heavier in the Long Drive option.

Ok i'm 70 and losing swing - i work out and i'm in really good shape for a senior! think this program will work?
