Smithfield Applewood Smoked Bacon, Fully Cooked, Ready-to-Eat, 12 slices, 4 pack

Our local grocery has not been consistently carrying the type of ready to eat bacon we like, so I turned to Amazon and found this Smithfield variety. I have heard of the Smithfield products due to Paula Deen, but had not tried any since nowhere near our location sells their brand. I found this bacon to be easy to fix and it is a little bit thicker than the cheaper bacon we used to buy. I think it's a good value and I'm glad I was able to find something that could be shipped to me. I will continue to purchase this bacon!

It says right on the box, thick cut. Surprise, surprise, it’s not thick cut. It’s very thin. Which makes this one very expensive purchase. I tried to justify the price because it was thick cut and applewood flavor. Unfortunately, this bacon is neither.

This product was advertised as "thick cut" nut is far from any thick cut bacon I've ever had. It was very thin and greasy. I was very disappointed and I dont recommend this product. Stick with Hormel Black, better but, better tasting, better value.

Disabled, cannot drive or shop. Love this bacon. Put in microwave to make it very crispy, heavenly !!!

Little overpriced.

I never thought I would say this, but I bought these as a birthday gift for my nephew. He's absolutely loves bacon. He said they were delicious and his favorite gift.
