I ordered pencils on 02/21/2023, and the very next day they were delivered to me, although the delivery was scheduled much later. I was pleasantly surprised. When I opened it, I felt like a child unwrapping a present. Such an amazing feeling! I am a newbie and I cannot tell you about any technical details about the pencils besides the fact that I truly like to use them, as I have already finished my first adult drawing and I really enjoy it - attaching the drawing. I wish to thank the store employees for their promptness. You brought my happiness closer.

Nice range. Rich colour not professional standard. Fun to use

Ordered product from USA to Canada and it was was expected to take 2-3 weeks. However, it arrived very quickly and ahead of the initial expected date which was a very nice surprise! It was packaged very securely in a box surrounded by foam and the tin itself was wrapped in plastic. All pencils appear to be undamaged. Colors appear very bright and vibrant. Will be trying out how they do. Very impressed so far!!

These are nice pencils and I will use them until they are finished. But. It was frustrating when I was swatching to discovered I had double-ups and incorrect labelling on a colour. I know $100 AU might not sound like a lot but it was.
