I LOVE this thing! Worked out of box and takes up minimal space. That being said, here are a few things to take note of.1. CORD - You must use the usb that comes with it, I tried several different ones and was beginning to think it was a defective unit until I realized it needs the usb it came with. However it is long enough to reach pretty much any wall/strip plug in and sit on a flat surface.2. CHARGE LIGHT - It shows green on the bottom front strip when you lay your phone against it then it goes out. You don't really need a light to tell you it's charging, just look at the battery status on your phone. That's what makes this great for a bedroom, no alien glow :D3. PHONE CASE - I use an Otter box without a magnet in it (magnet for use on a dash mount unit) and it charges just fine.If you have a magnet inside your case or attached to your phone back, it will not charge with it on.4. This can only be used to charge Qi enabled phones. Mine is an S7.

I bought this as an extra wireless charger for my office desk - which works for now. It does "slowly" charge the iPhone X (emphasis on slow). I've tried charging with my Kate Spade case on and off, the speed was no different. I wish the cord that came with the charger was longer. I tried to use my Apple plug to charge it with their cord and it did not charge or light up. I bought another wireless charger that came with an adapter plug and this charger does work with the unnamed adapter. I was hoping to love this charger for the price and it looks nice and sleek. The review of the charger does mention the iPhones do not charge at the fast speed. If you're in a hurry, use the direct wired cord, it is much faster! This charger looks nice, so I will use it for the office. My phone sits in a charger most of the day at work. I'd buy it again for the price and to use more as a stand and bonus of a slow charge. I would definitely recommend this purchase - but keep in mind that it will not charge your iPhone fast.

It works great. I'm not sure why other reviewers left negative feedback on this product. they must have gotten defective one, also description clearly tells NO AC adapter, if you ask me, seller could replace the defective charger easily. Anyways, let me go back to review the charger. it is elegant, and not bothering at night at all. The light goes off after about 10 seconds, which is great for me. I don't like distractive lights when I'm sleeping. it charges the phone pretty fast. I like the convenience of wireless charging as well. I definitely recommend to any prospective buyer. thanks.

UPDATE: Although I did not hear back from manufacturer, I believe the issues I faced is due to my case having a metal plate behind it for a magnetic car mount, likely this caused my phone to overheat and not charge correctly. Removing the case from the phone seems to have mitigated the problem. Updated rating to 5-stars for potential negative impact caused from initial review.-- Original Review Below --The light and stand looks pretty near, but it only lights up for ten seconds when you place phone then a 'sleep mode' dims the LED. Does not come with AC adapter so hard to tell which is compatible. A little under an hour or thirty the device beeps and stops charging, I believe it's from overheating, which is not a feature listed in the description. Not sure if defective or if it just doesn't charge my phone after 30 minutes. I'm using this with the Galaxy S8 SMG950U

This is NOT a fast charger. I was hoping for the best, read a lot of reviews about this charger that indicated it was a fast charger so I figured I would give it a try. I am not new to wireless chargers, I have 4 units spread around my house and work. I was in need of another charger and opted for a cheaper alternative than the Samsung fast charger. I have never had any issues with the Samsung charger it works as advertise, lay phone on charger and fast charging begins. With this one (OSSU) I tried many different plug options and phone positions without any improvements. I appears to charge a phone well, it is just not fast. If you are looking for a fast charger for a Samsung Note 5 or S6 you may want to looks at another product.

The only reason it's missing a ✮ is because of one thing that is annoying. When the phone (Note 8) is fully charged, the screen lights up as if it's on; I haven't had that problem or issue with the cable charger. I just have to turn the phone and charger in the opposite direction from our face at night. Other than that, it charges fast, and is a wonderful wireless charging stand. I will note, however, that I have to take my phone case off in order to use it. I don't see this as an issue, though; it was expected after reading reviews before buying.

I just bought this device to use for Samsung S7 and LG G6. I already have Anker rapid charger. I hooked up with this devide. Now all my devices charging quickly. Very nicely build device.... Very happy. must recommend to others.Get rid of hooking up charger every day . Just bought this device and make your life easy and enhance your device life.

Had an issue with the first one I got as it wouldn't charge horizontally but cs replaced it thing of a defect but it still has the problem. To get it to work this way I have to raise the phone about an inch and a half horizontally. But vertically no issues whatsoever.And I have a case on my v30 which is within the limits of the charger recommendations.
