Like a childs fake tattoo....cut and apply it to dry none oiled or lotioned skin with art side down on skin, dampen a paper towel or cloth (not soaking) and place it on top of the white backside of artwork and wait a few mins make sure it's all dampened n wet all over. Then after mins up gently peel a corner to see if it's ready I'f so then gently peel off paper if not then add alil more water to dampen and lift off paper to skin.
