Great idea, poor execution
Great idea, if only it were executed well.Weak material - pull a heavy door too strongly and it snaps.Difficult to clean - they brilliantly decided to mold the brand name into it in deep-recessed lettering - perfect place for germs to congregate, safe from any attempts to clean it shot of dunking in a vat of desinfectant.Nonconductive - doesn't work for touch screens at ATMs etc. or other touch sensitive buttons, e.g. elevatorsOh, and it's super expensive! $10 for $0.02 worth of molded plastic. Happy to pay for the idea and a good implementation, but this is not it.Edit: bought these instead: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01N0DDKL7/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=120 of them for less $$ than one kooty key! just bend one end closed and put on a zip-pull belt clip.

Needs a redesign
Ok first let me say that the idea of this is great which is why I purchased it. It’s the execution that is the problem. So here are my thoughts.1) it needs to be bigger. My hands are not that big but this thing felt tiny in my hand and that makes it very awkward to use. Which also made me feel like I was going to break it when I did try to use it.2) it needs to be made of metal. It’s made out of plastic currently which might be lending itself to the feeling like I was going to break it if I used it.3) the button pusher (I am sure there is a technical name but I do not know what it is) needs to be made out of the material that is used for smart phone stylus buttons. This is the 21st century, half of the user interfaces out there are touch screens now and having to use your finger when at a grocery checkout pay machine when you can use the button pusher for other parts doesn’t make any sense.I would not buy this again, would not recommend it and would like to get my money back. It is definitely not worth $10.

You’re better off using a coat hanger.
This product seems like a good idea but it’s actually kind of useless. The rubber tip on it is supposed to be conductive so you can use it for touchscreens when you’re buying stuff it does not work. Sorry defeats the whole purpose when you still have to touch things this does not illuminate that problem. Would not recommend. Waste of money. You’re better off using a coat hanger.

A+ for longevity and design. Durability okay
I love this thing. If you’re a germaphobe, rejoice!! I use this thing ALL THE TIME. I hate touching doors or punching in numbers on public keypads. I can’t stand it!! I lost the soft pieces on the journey, so now I just have the hard pieces. I give this a B rating because of its longevity and functionality. If the pieces would have stayed on, it’d be an A+ for durability too.Update: I’ve had this thing for about a year now. The durability is great. As stated above, the silicone tip did come off a little after purchasing, but the plastic product as a whole held up very well. I got this because I’m kind of a germaphobe, but now with the pandemic, this has come in handy. I no longer use it only because I found another that is made of copper and is stronger than the plastic material this is made from

Couriers savior
I am a courier for a fast delivery company, I deliver to a hundred residents a day, I purchased this to ring the door bells on these hundred houses so I don't have to physically touch them. This device is keeping me safe. I sanitize it after each use and it has held up. Thank you for making such an important tool in my workday.

Does Not Work on ATM Keypads or Checkout Kiosks
This hook does a fine job of opening doors and pressing buttons, such as in elevators. The design allows you to use all the strength in your hand instead of just a finger or two like the hooks with holes. It does NOT work on ATM keypads or any retail checkout payment pads that I have tried it on, such as checking out at the self-service kiosk at Walmart. I do like the badge reel which I attached to my purse so it's always handy.
