Check your handheld bidet before use!
Considering this is a BIDET and used for sanitary purposes, the first thing I checked was the 'handheld bidet' as labelled in the instructions sheet. It looked very used and not sanitary. I was so excited to get it, but that excitement left rather quickly!UPDATE: Customer support reached out immediately and I was provided with a new bidet. I did not see any signs of use with the new shipment.

Good quality. Water is cold.
Nice quality and look. Install was not too bad though I did have to get husband’s help to tighten on the connection to the toilet. Instructions not great, they don’t say where to use the washers and tape. I have two negatives. 1) on my toilet the flushing mechanism takes up the whole side so there is not enough room to hang this thing. I subbed a longer hose so I could hang on opposite side and that works but set me back another $20. 2) I had anticipated this but it is worse than I thought—you will be bathing your delicate bits in extremely cold water! I live in coastal CA and it was COLD, I can only imagine a really cold place! I’ll get used to it I guess. Glad I got it though.

Quality metal construction, good for use as a bidet.
On a recent trip to India I found these in most bathrooms. It works very well as a bidet. Made from quality metal parts, not plastic. I did have to go to Home Depot to get the correct adapter from the wall to the bidet to the toilet, the included adapter is not the correct size. It also has a shut off valve. Only complaint is one time I forgot to shut off the valve and the sprayer did not shut off completely and dripped on the floor.

Good product worth buying it. Easy to install, water pressure is proper. However water pipe may show some leaks in beginning and you may see issues nozzle fitting into the bracket (due to water pressure in water pipe, hard to bend at times).

This stuff is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! First of all, I love the quality and finish! it's very good materials. The sprayer was very easy to assemble and it fits well on the bidet. So far there's completely zero leaks and I love the fact that you can easily adjust the water pressure. Also the high pressure is very high, which makes it easy to remove stubborn poops on a diaper. Definitely worth the price. Highly recommend!

I did not purchase the item for a diaper sprayer. Since my shower is next to my toilet, I needed a sprayer to rinse my shower after I cleaned it. The shower head is fixed and I was not able to rinse the entire shower after cleaning. This unit was a perfect solution. I was able to install the fixture in less than a half hour, using only a Crescent Wrench. An installation note would be to hold the inner tank float valve assembly while you are tightening the T-valve nut on the underside of the tank. The entire assembly appears to be of a very high quality and it should last for a long time.

Better than most!
Man...We had a cheaper version and that lasted years. So we're optimistic about this since it looks, feels and works much better. Great price too!
