HUGE miss in flavor and texture
If you are hoping for traditional, soft noodles, these are not for you. The texture is VERY different from any ramen noodle (or any pasta noodle for that matter) that I have ever tasted. While I was looking forward to the high-protein alternative, I will not be purchasing this variety. I am glad I was able to get a single serving and didn't have to deal with a package of 6 (which is how they are normally sold). The noodles were very firm compared to regular ramen and were not at all smooth in surface texture either. The broth itself wasn't bad, but for the sodium content, I would rather have a $.40-ish package of Maruchan ramen with no protein and great flavor than pay over $6\pkt for this product. A for effort, but please revisit this recipe because there IS a demand

Love these noodles
Being a vegan on a keto diet can be tough. I'm glad I found these ramen noodles. I really love them. Now, if you aren't used to eating alternative foods you may hate these. My brothers who constantly eats ramen says they taste like rubber lol. But they don't bother me at all, the soup pack especially is so flavorful. My main issue is the price. I only get these every once in a while because $5 for a pack of ramen is expensive.

Broth is delicious, the noodles not so much
As per my headline, i LOVED the broth and would buy it as a stand alone product. The noodles however, have a texture that is just not for me. It is not "noodle" like at all. I will stick to traditionally made rice and mung been noodles as my alternative to wheat/egg noodles. At about $4 per package, they are WAY too expensive to have to throw the noodles away. I say, sell that broth in packs and I'd bet I wouldn't be the only one willing to pay for that.

Terrible texture
The flavor of the broth was actually quite good. The texture of the noodles was terrible! I drank the broth and threw the noodles away. The noodles tasted like cardboard and had a weird texture.

Based on Taste... it is an absolute NoThankYou for me
It arrived in an envelope and the noodles were smashed to bits. The health benefits, specifically the protein content, still kept me eager to try it out anyway. After opening the spice pack there was a stench that only became more intense once mixed with boiling water to make the soup. I was hesitant to taste because of the strange odor. I should've listened to my instincts because it turned out to be very unappetizing. One sip of the broth alone and I was forced to toss it out. Unfortunately, for me, this was not worth the money. Excellent concept so I'm still praying for their success.

Spikes my blood sugar due to the maltodextrin
Original reviewTaste- The actual taste is pretty good although I added beef and a little minced garlic so I didn't taste it how it comesTexture- To me the texture is what I would describe as undercooked maruchan noodles which me personally doesn't bother me much. I would skip if this would bother you.Price- Obviously very expensive and I got it while it was on sale 5 dollars and some change (usually 7). At this price point I only plan on picking up 2-4 packs every few months.Honestly if you're just looking for a "healthy" noodle I would look at other options as there's "healthier" noodles for cheaper and probably that tastes better too.If you're looking for a low carb instant ramen however, this is the closes thing you'll probably get. I've tried shirataki which I don't really like, kelp noodles that upset my stomach (which is too bad because they were good when they softened), and then palmini and zucchini noodles which I do like.... but not for ramen. This is the only thing that scratches my ramen craving. I don't mind picking up a pack or two when every few months but definitely not a regular buy. Just a treat.Edit: I was trying to figure out why my blood sugar would spike dramatically after eating these and I took a closer look at the ingredients and saw maltodextrinMaltodextrin spikes blood sugar worst than sugar itselfI hate when people market things as "keto" and add maltodextrin and dextrose into said products which spikes you more than sugar itselfPlease remove the maltodextrin

Not your standard ramen
Trying to eat Keto as much as possible due to T2 diabetes issues, so found this and thought it would be a good replacement for a quick meal I loved but isn't very Keto. You MUST make these on the stove, and don't scrimp on the water or broth (I use chicken broth). I cooked them covered at a high simmer for about 10 minutes and they are still quite chewy, but not unpleasantly so. I also doctor up my Ramen with some veg and mushrooms so all in all I found it to be a reasonable substitute for standard ramen that is Keto friendly. If you are expecting standard Ramen, keep looking.

Worse noodles ever
Most disgusting noodles I’ve ever tried. Tasted like cardboard! Sounds good because of the protein content but absolutely nothing good about it. Sorry, I just couldn’t take more than one bite!I’ve since gone carnivore where I get 80/20 fat & protein & I’ve lost 30lbs since January. If you’re interested in protein, I suggest you try the carnivore or keto diet. Eliminate carbs & sugar from your diet and live long & heal your body!
