Just like everyone said, Very well packed and easy to build
Yes well packed and easy to build, very easy..So were to start! The bike is really good for a fast run around and is not too heavy! Until you have to lift it four flights of stairs unfolded. Yes the bike folds, but it takes so much effort and is not at all easy to do, in-fact I would say you will not fold this bike as often as you would like to, as it is just too much work to fold. A real shame and quite a negative to the bike. The other BIG NEGIVTIVE is the bike can be ridden away at any time if not locked up with pad locks. Unlike most e bikes, this one dose not use the key to start the battery or engine, No Hitway just let your new bike run away with the touch of a button on the controller.I had to buy locks before going out, as the bike is completely open to theft without being locked. this is a big fault when needing to just pop in to somewhere quickly All so you may need to wear a bicycle clip on the opposite side of chain leg as the folding hinge will snag the bottom of your trousers, it court me out a lot and is a concern to safety if your leg gets trapped on the hinge..The good side is it is very easy to put together and is fast and well built by Hitway,The bad side is, it is too easy to thief and is too hard to fold quickly or easily, it come with no protection at all, not a single aid to the bike locking safety or tracking..This bike is not a bike in the true sense of the word, it is a easy to drive moped that will not need you to peddle at all once you start moving, peddling becomes pointless after two or three turns of the peddles..P.S All so every one said the customer service is really good!! Well I have not had any contact from them and recived no contact details with the bike Nor can I find any information on Hitway contacts sites as to how to contact them! This maybe should be a warning to you if you are thinking of this bike. NO PROTECTION FROM THEFT NO KEY SAFE START NO CONTACT DETAILS WITH BIKE OR ORDER NO RETURN PROCESS TO DEAL WITH ANY ISSUE

Brilliant wee ebike
Absolutely love this bike. Ordered it last Wednesday and it came 4 days later on the Saturday. Super pleased easy to set up just follow the instructions. Came very well packed and the delivery was spot on.Charged the battery and took for cycle. Oh my it is just brilliant. Helped me no end and with my knee and leg having pins and a plate in this is going to help me get out again and help me to get fit. So far I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this bike.Have had bike couple of weeks now. And absolutely love it. It is extremely good fun and is helping me get out. On average it is 18 miles on a full charge. That was on a hilly ride. Easy to work. Just mined the throttle you don't accidentally press when in gear 5. It will go flying. When stopped I recommend to put gear down to zero. X

The Bike
Fist of all you need to be at least 5ft 6 (170.6880) tall to ride this bike because the seat only goes down so far, is the throttle ileagle ? well the new law staes it must be peddle assist with a 250 watt motor and not be able to go over 15.5 miles MPH (25kmh). The top speed on this bike with no rider, with speed limit off is only 20MPH because the motor is small and cant produce any more power. There is another menue mentioned in the instructions manual just press both top and bottom buttons together for a few seconds and you can change all the parameters of the bike like changing KPH=0 to MPH=1. Now on to the bike it came with all the parts just had to put on the peddles and handle bars and back light on what i found was for the UK the brake cables are round the wrong way so undo both back and front cables at the wheels then do the same on the levers swap over the cables on the levers then ajust the brakes at the wheels, riding positon is more upright than a normal bike moped mode and cruse control is goodTwist and go: allowed, with caveatsThis is an area where the EAPC legislation does differ from the EU rules. “Because of the particular benefits for elderly and disabled users, pedal cycles providing electrical assistance without use of the pedals - usually called "Twist and Goes" - are included in the above GB classification provided they are capable of pedal operation and comply with the restrictions of 15.5MPH (25KPH) and 250 watt motor on maximum motor power and assistance cut-off speed”, says the Government’s information sheet. So, you can have a throttle so long as you also have a pedal-assist mode.

Nice little thing.
It's a nice little bike, I had it for 2 weeks now and it seems that it works , I'm 5"7 and 92 kg of muscle 😀takes me to work and home I go shopping also. I have done 16/17miles with full charge and used the med/high power it's very sturdy and I love the style of it 16-inches wheel makes it more safe then a scooter 10 inches wheel I have paid £650 pound and saved £ 100 on the original price I recommend but don't expect too much out of it it's just a little thing and the end of the day

Not Lightweight!!!
Bought this bike for myself as it specifically stated it was lightweight and easily folding. Ideal i thought for use when i go away in my motorhome. We have a bike rack on the back to use while in transit and then with it being folding i could then fold and put it inside the motorhome for security! However I can barely lift this off the ground let alone lift it onto a bike rack. I also struggle to fold it. Although I'm a woman in my late 60s I am by no means a weakling. The bike is extremely well made and everything about it is quality but unfortunately is certainly not suitable for what it was intended. My husband has now commandeered it and is very happy with its performance. Unfortunately for me I now have to try to find a replacement.

Small size foldable, can fit in the boot of a peugeot 308 hatchback
It's small but feels comfortable enough to ride. I'm 175cm tall. Felt comfortable and in control doing 28mph, downhill of course.Feels strong and sturdy. Done over 200 miles on it so far, can go about 15 to 20 miles on trottle alone. Max speed of 17mph limited by controller.Doesn't like hills so you'll need to pedal as well to get it going up.The trottle is just on/off but has 5 assist modes that each have different max speed.Very effective mud guards. Decent rear rack.Be aware, once battery runs out, this is difficult to pedal as a bike because it has only one gear and it's not designed to be used that way.
