I have used this lumbar pillow for 3 weeks. I think this product could potentially be better.Pro:1. I like the mesh material cover. I live in Arizona, it's hot here. Breathable material is a must.2. I like to have 2 straps to stabilize the position. The best part about this is you can adjust the height without having a "half-dropping pillow".3. The memory foam seems solid but comfortable.Con:1. I am not sure if I got a used but my mesh cover is somewhat dirty. This might be a quality control issue though.2. When I take down the mesh cover, I can see a tear in the memory foam. Quality control issue?3. Strap is soooo short. I have a Nissan Altima, and the seat is probably a standard size. I adjusted strap to the max and it's very difficult to clip it on the back. In fact, I think it will snap after a few month. If you have a car with bigger seats, I won't recommend.Overall, the product works, and it's good for my back during the long drive. For those who are not used to it, I suggest you starting with the "low" position (closer down to the seat). I probably got a short end of stick by receiving a bad one. I am keeping it since it still works, but for that reason, I can only do a 2-star, otherwise it's probably a 3-4 star. With that being said, if you have a large truck with large seat, this product is NOT for you.

It’s very sturdy and bulky but somewhat uncomfortable. It does not help my painful back. I have to adjust it all the time.

My posture is bad and I slouch a lot when I am sitting down in my workstation and this pillow makes me aware that I have to sit down straight. I can say that it helped me a lot to ease my back pain as well during a long days' work. This pillow is definitely effective that's all I can say. Will definitely buy another one for car use.

I can't believe I waited so long to try this for my road trips and for that matter, anytime I get in my truck. Great relief.

Too big! Was hoping to use this for support in the car, but its too big.

Comfortable, but one of the straps broke within a week.

Best one I've owned so far. Works great and is holding up nicely. I use it in my work truck that I'm in and out of all day.
