The media could not be loaded. I'm really happy with this purchase.. It's very pretty and calming.. There are only a couple drawbacks.. The first is because the water vases are so close together u really can't hear the water at all..I put a few rocks in each one but that only helps a little.. The other thing is u really don't get a lot of rocks for the other side.. But that's ok because I plan to buy some black sand anyway for that side to give it kind of a yin and yang feel.. All in all pretty happy.. Love looking at it *****UPDATE****** the pump stopped working so that's that i guess...lasted about a year

Tabletop fountain is nice, easy to assemble, but cannot hear the water. If you're looking for a fountain or water feature to hear the water trickling, you may want to select a different product. Other than that, the zen vibe is great.

I bought it for a housewarming gift, they love it!It’s use is to provide white noise for study area, for graduate students.

This was incredibly difficult to put together, which was surprising given the lack of parts. Instructions were not clear at all. It looks very cheap and fragile. The sand and rocks were not enough to cover the space and the rake was very cheap looking. I got so frustrated with it, that I just returned it.

Item arrived functional but the rocks were missing and the sand bag was ruptured and had spilled all throughout the box. The fountain is nice, but their is only one led light (as shown in the photos) but this would be much nicer if there were two additional LEDs in the upper cups. Also a color change option would be nice, currently it's only warm white. Base and everything is your standard lower cost plastic which is not surprising at this price point. Assembly is very simple. Another nice to have would be an on/off switch so you don't have to unplug the unit to shut it off (the outlet I want to use is hidden and not easy to access). Also a longer cord would be nice. To be honest, when actually unpacked and set up, it looks more like a 35 dollar fountain instead of a 50-60 dollar fountain. Again okay, but not great.
