Good cover, branding it is stupid.
I love these covers for their looks, safety and ease of install. However, the name printed on the outlet cover is ridiculous. I removed it with acetone, but it left a mark. And come on. Branding an outlet cover is stupid, and nobody wants that. I’ll get the same type of cover but from a different seller next time I purchase.

Safer than outlet plugs.
These outlet covers work great and I have not had any issues. I did need to adjust the center screw on the outlet underneath to accommodate the thicker cover, but the provided screws gave plenty of room for adjustment. I was skeptical about the plugs provided to cover the unused screw holes but they fit snugly and completely flush so the little fingers can't pry them out. I have used these outlets with the new covers with high amperage appliances like upright vacuums and portable electric heaters (1500 watt). They do not melt like some others say and barely get warm. I strongly suggest these covers over plugs not only for the convenience but also to avoid children choking on plugs they pry out or are accidentally left out after plugging something in.

CAUTION: read before purchasing
These outlet covers are so effective at keeping things out of your electric outlet that they won't even allow your electric plugs to enter the outlet. Every single thing I've tried to plug into the outlets after installing these has popped right back out. My best guess is the spring that retracts the cover is way too strong. Not only does this render the outlet completely useless, but it creates the hazard of an exposed plug that might be hanging halfway out after ejection (see photo). If such a disaster, then why the great reviews you may ask? After purchase, I received an invitation in the mail to receive a credit in exchange for leaving a *good* review.............. Needless to say, take all good reviews here with a grain of salt and think twice before not only wasting your money, but wasting your time installing and then uninstalling these.

Not happy with product or seller
I am willing to change review if seller responds to my email and contact me for resolution.I have changed face plates in under one minute countless times. These faceplates take significantly longer to install, mostly because you are problem solving how to install them and have the safety feature NOT push the plug in (cord) out.According to the paperwork, 3% of people have issues, they are willing to send out the solution to “loose” outlet, and they respond in 24 hours.Truth of the matter.... I have no idea if I’m part of the 3% and have loose outlet because after 4 days I still have not gotten a response back from the company.I will not buy this product again and am about ready to return through amazon and go with a product from their competitor.

Tacky logo on front
Ordered ones like these a year ago and loved them so we ordered more. The photos show some plain white and others with a logo on the front. Well, they definitely have a logo and I'm not sure who would want that in their house. Not sure why they had to slap their logo on the front. Oh well, will be returning. If you dint mind a logo on front, then these are relatively easy to install (some didn't fit as flush to the wall as I would've liked) and they work well when plugging and unplugging cords. Keeps the baby out of the outlets as well. Would recommend, especially for the price, if not for the logo.

Easy install, should keep the toddler out
Easy install, should keep the toddler out. The springs are stiff, but not too stiff to prevent an adult from having trouble opening them. I’ll be ordering another pack.

The best!! Don't look at any other product!!
The media could not be loaded. Let me begin by stating I don't have children, yet. My 2 year old niece was coming to stay with me for a week so I took to Amazon and Google to figure out what I should buy to baby proof my house. I knew i needed outlet covers. My sister uses those basic plastic plugs and I've used them at her house many times. I considered just buying those and being done with it. BUT, I will eventually have children so I saw this as more of an investment and decided to actually research the topic to buy the best kind of outlet covers. From my experience with the plastic plugs and my sister's house, I was determined I didn't want to purchase those. They were annoying to pull out. Then you had to place them somewhere while you were using the outlet; it had to be somewhere out of reach for a toddler. Half the time, I'd forget to put the plug back in when unplugging my laptop or phone charger or whatever it was that I had plugged in. Remember, I was at my sister's house so I wasn't used to taking the plugs out and replacing them. I'm sure for her, it was second nature. I researched them anyways, because they're the most common outlet plugs I've seen/heard of. People were leaving negative reviews saying how annoying they were to remove and replace (which I agree), and several other reviews mentioned how they worked great for babies but once the child grew up they were able to remove the plug on their own! Not only does that defeat the purpose, that becomes a choking hazard and major concern! With that, I gave up the idea of plastic plugs.I came across these and thought, "How brilliant! Something you can use like a regular outlet, but works as a safety outlet too!" I read reviews and seemed pretty confident they'd work for what I needed. I bought a single pack of 8. Since Amazon offers free returns I didn't really think twice about trying them. They arrived in a couple of days. Installation was a piece of cake! Literally, you remove the old outlet cover and replace it with this one. Then you pop the extra white caps into the ugly holes that remain. I LOVE that they give you those white caps because otherwise the outlet cover would look bad. I saw in the product description that those are new to the design. It took me less than a half hour, going slowly, to replace 8 covers. It actually took the most time figuring out which outlets to protect! Surprisingly I didn't have many at child height. Also, I took few minutes to snap-chat how freaking awesome they work! I've included a video for your enjoyment. They in NO WAY hinder your normal use of the outlet. Literally it snaps back when you remove the item you had plugged in. Little toddler fingers are definitely not strong enough to pull it open on their own, however plugging something into the outlet is effortless. When my sister and niece arrived, they worked perfectly as planned. My niece didn't electrocute herself at all while staying here. My sister LOVED these covers and said she was buying some for her house. She was like "Man! Why couldn't you have had a kid first so I could've copied you?!" Haha, it's safe to say I'm beyond pleased with these. The best part? They don't bother me or my husband or our guests. You use the outlets like normal outlets. And when we decide to have kids, there's nothing more we need to do! Our house is already babyproofed!
