This devise requires 220 volts to properly operate.
This devise requires 220 volts to properly operate and is furnished with an European style plug. Therefore, it will not operate properly in the USA where our voltage is 110. I returned this product as it is totally useless here in the USA.

Mixed feelings
I'm not sure how I feel about this. Firstly, it came with a European plug so I had to order an adapter just to plug it in. When turned on, it sounds kind of like a tattoo gun. I'm not gonna lie, I was a little scared to use it, never having used anything like this before. It has no actual settings to tell you how high it's going and after a certain point, it doesn't even get louder, so even that's not a good indicator.I used each one of the wands. The mushroom one seems to work the best. I used this on my face and it didn't hurt at all. I did test on my finger first and made sure to remove all jewelry as I didn't want to tempt fate. The device began making a weird smell, but I thought it was because it's new and it would go away after a bit of use.I tried the comb one next and this is where I started to have problems. I made sure it was plugged securely into the device, but as I was running the comb through my hair, it would come a little loose and just spin around. For the couple of times I got it to comb through, it felt okay - not earth-shattering great, but not relaxing or anything. Since I couldn't get any more than a couple of brushes through my hair at a time, I gave up.I tried the Y wand next and this one would work great for legs and neck (I did both), but I had to stop many times to push the wand back in because it kept coming loose. You can tell it's doing this because the noise it makes gets louder and louder the looser it becomes. All the while, this smell is getting stronger and stronger and is making my stomach turn.I used the bend tube last and this is the only one that I got a little zap out of. It was not too terrible and I was using it on the same setting that I was using on the other wands, so all I had to do was turn it down a little.Once I was finished, I had a bad headache from the smell and could even taste it. It was throughout my entire house. I could not get rid of the smell until I aired out the house for a day. I'm not sure that I want to use it again, but my face does feel like I got some benefits from it (it felt really warm and was a little red for hours afterward). I think if I could continue using this, I may see some benefits, but I just don't think I can do that smell again and with the wands not staying in place...maybe I got a bad one, but I just can't recommend it at this time.

Make sure you have a plug adapter!
I was very excited to try this high frequency wand. The wand seems like a quality device and it comes with 4 glass wands. It’s hard to know how to rate this because there are a couple of issues. First the plug is a foreign plug and can’t be used in the US without an adaptor. Fortunately I was able to find my husband’s adaptor kit from when he did some foreign business travel. It would have been nice to alert people when they’re looking at the listing. Another thing- I found the instruction book a little hard to follow. It could just be me but if you’ve never used one of these devices before I recommend looking for a YouTube instruction video. It really helps a lot. The one thing you need to know about using it is it’s not a ‘one and done’. It requires consistent and regular use. I’ve seen slight skin tightening and skin brightening. I’m interested to see what will happen long term. There’s a slender wand for zapping spots and dots but I decided it was easier to just use the edge of the mushroom wand for spots. You don’t have to go back and forth changing it. All in all I think this is a great device if you have a plug adapter or don’t mind getting one. It seems like it would have been a small inexpensive thing to include in this kit.

Don’t wear jewelry/metal when using!
I got this and started researching how to use it. It kinda scared me because i wear a necklace and the instructions say to take off all jewelry. Current flows through you and you’re also supposed to NOT be in a place with humidity and wet air such as a bathroom after showering. So take note of that! I used the hair one to stimulate my scalp. It felt good but honestly havent had a chance to use the face one cause I’m low key scared lol

Functions, but long-term effects are unknown
I got this product, because I thought it would be fun to try. Maybe it could actually reverse the signs of aging. But after receiving it, I did a little reading to see how it worked and I learned two things. First, no controlled studies have verified the claims. Second, the thermal energy transfered by the device may make melasma worse.I've been fighting melasma for years, and there's no way I'm going to undo my progress with something that may have no benefits. So nope. I'm not going to use this on my face. The device supposedly helps reduce the appearance of varicose veins and cellulite, so I'm using the product on my legs. I'll also try out the comb attachment on my hair. Maybe it will help something. At least it won't hurt anything. The device I received functions perfectly, is rated for 110 V, and has a standard, grounded US plug. It also comes in a well-padded box to protect the glass attachments. If nothing else, this device has neon-and argon-filled glass tubes, which can be used in a chemistry class to demonstrate the emission spectra of two noble gases.
