Considering how much cheaper this model is to other boiling water dispensers, I am surprised at how well it works. It is so quiet and easy to use compared to a conventional kettle and quicker too. The outer casing feels a little cheap but that’s the extent of the down-sides. One thing I would suggest is a full clean out with white vinegar as the manufacturing chemical taint takes a while to get rid of. We’ll see how it gets on long-term… :)

I bought this kettle end of July 23, worked great then the green light started to flash, descaled as instructed, still flashing, can’t reset, thought I’d run lots of water through thinking it would eventually stop flashing, spent about 2hrs running water through and washing out the water container and still flashing green, now it appears to be leaking underneath as well, I have been told if it continues flashing green it is defective, I did love it, I just expect a kettle for £80 to last longer than 7 month, we only use it for 3 coffees a day so it looks like I’m buying a new kettle

Purchased a few hot water dispensers over the years, this is one of the better ones, it's hot, large water tank, quick and variable cup volumes. Not too expensive either. It will leak over night if you over fill the tank. just a minor thing compared to the positives.

I bought this as a replacement. This one is a much sleeker design and doesn’t take up as much room. The hot water it dispenses is very hot which I’m very happy about, and it dispenses in 100, 200, 300 and 400ml amounts. It heats extremely quickly and it’s no trouble to quickly re set to boil more if 400 ml is not enough. The touch control pad is sensitive and very clear. There is a lock on the machine which is very easy to unlock by pressing gently and holding the lock icon for about 3/4 seconds. For a household with someone who finds lifting a kettle difficult this is fantastic and gives some independence to make a cuppa! There was a slight defect on the corner of the machine which I didn’t notice straight away unfortunately so I would recommend checking it carefully, having said that it doesn’t affect the ability of the machine to work.

I had been looking for a kettle for ages and really struggled as we had a new kitchen made and the steam from the kettle would damage the cupboard above it..so I stumbled across this machine it’s slim line and so great I can’t fault it it carries more water then your traditional kettle it pretty much gives you hot water within seconds and not luke warm water but hot boiling water I genuinely can’t fault it it has been my best buy!

This water dispenser works as expected. It is very economic, boiling only the amount of water you need. It does so speedily and cleanly, too, with few drips or spillage. Furthermore, it is a two-button system. As it says, press once, for 200 ml of hot 95 degrees plus Celsius water. Press twice, and it will continually flow until you press again to stop it. I, personally, find 200 ml to be a bit too little for a perfect for a mug of tea. That is hardly a criticism if you prefer, like me, the machine's simplicity. It will take a standard B15 Brita filter, which is straightforward to fit. Overall, this is a great hot water dispenser and I would recommend it to anyone.

It would have been an amazing kettle but it does have a few annoying flaws that make it feel cheaply made.Pros... Holds a nice volume of water and being able to install the filter has been amazing for me.Cons... It extrudes water quite slowly but it never really bothered me that much but it may bother others. After a good few months the water starts to kinda splash everywhere as it extrudes. When you turn the kettle off it just doesnt stop, it keeps going for a long time after so you have to kinda guess when to turn the kettle off.Would i recommend this kettle? not really, but i do love these style of water dispensing kettles
