I liked the detailed instructions. I loosely fit all the parts for each step before gluing into place. I then painted the parts step-by-step as needed. My granddaughter loves looking at it in her dorm room because it reminds her of HOME. I will definitely purchase another one for my next granddaughter when she goes to college.

Fun to build

Just when I thought I was tired of puzzles, I ordered this. It was pretty fun to put together and after a couple of QA tests, the lights worked like a charm. It’s a fun project that doesn’t take too much time.

Me and my mom put it together and it really brings out your bookshelf. It is something to have fun with with any age. It also is a beautiful story to build as well as it just fall into that world especially if you’re a reader.

I really enjoy magic and was looking for a craft to do with my wife. She got a bookend that was made like a library and I got this Magic Street bookend. This was a blast to put together. As mentioned. you do need to be careful taking out the pieces since they are made of thin wood. I did have one piece break on me which drove me crazy since I was being super carful. It was totally my fault for putting pressure on the wrong spot. However, it was easy to fix with glue and nobody will ever notice because of where it is placed and where it broke. Nonetheless, other than that, the directions were super easy to follow and the pieces were well marked and fit together perfectly. I had so much fun doing this, I will look for another to do in the near future. If Magic is a theme you enjoy, I recommend this as a fun craft.

I haven't done one of these diorama kits before so I don't know how it compares but I was startled by the quality. It comes with everything you need (including a tiny square of sandpaper) minus 2 AAA batteries. The directions are so thorough and well done (make sure you read the key in the front though or you may be a little confused to start). It was truly delightful to put together (took around 3 days for me). The hardest parts are fiddling around with the wires (they seem a little too long but are too fragile to cut and restrip), and snapping the outside covers on without breaking anything.This kit does require extensive gluing, though most of it snaps together. Be careful to use just barely enough, as excess will squidge out and leave a shiny residue.Again, SO FUN and I'm having to restrain myself from buying another

Horrible instructions. I spent just as much time trying to figure the illustration. I’ve done other brands and the instructions were easy to follow. The pieces are very delicate, and the least bit of pressure they’ll break. I also recommend Super Glue. The glue provided takes hours to dry. I do like a challenge, but I don’t like being frustrated when trying to do something fun. NOT FOR CHILDREN!

A love for building kits has been spurred by this one. It turned out exactly like in the photo and the building process was so lovely and calming. I was kinda expecting the parts to be lower quality but they were all very high quality and crisp. My only recommendation is to buy some triple a batteries along with it because you’ll want to turn the lights on as soon as you’ve finished building! If you buy this, enjoy!

Bought it for my friend and she loveeeeee it! Its super cute but its very complicated to built and it takes a lot of patience but worth it:)

Awesome quality and instructions. Fit and finishh is terrific. It is easy to satisfying to assemble. End result absolutely fantastic would recommend.

Bought this for a friend as a gift, she's not crafty but is loving putting this together! Tweezers would help a lot but it looks like good quality so far

For the most part, I am enjoying puting this together and it's working out well. However, the wires connecting to the touchpad on/off switch are very, very fine and one of mine broke off with no apparent way to fix it. I've ordered a free replacement from the manufacturer.
