Plenty of options
Definitely enjoy both sides of the fidget toy being able to use multiple areas at once. Great for my therapy sessions to keep me focused!

Most things work as intended, just don't recommend all of it in one toy.
I think this is generally alright, but compared to my smaller one, it isn’t very good, so I’m going to try to return it or just pawn it off to a friend. It fits a bit uncomfortably into my hand, but maybe that’s just because I have rather small hands for my height. I’ll review each piece of this fidget toy individually.Clicker: Two silent and two noisy buttons, they are all hard to the touch, not soft. They make slightly less noise then my smaller older one, which I guess might be someone’s preference, but it isn’t my preference, but at the end of the day this alone wouldn’t have been the deal breaker for me. What is strange, and keep in mind this might just be me, is that the buttons that are supposed to be the same somehow feel like they go down with different amounts of pressure. 3/5Rotating Disk: I don’t know what the box means by clicked, but it sure can be turned. This works as intended and there isn’t actually anything wrong with it, no resistance whatsoever, unlike my old one. I just kind of wish they made rotating disks that didn’t come with the small bump, but at the end of the day, that’s just a preference. 5/5Joystick: Also works as intended, Once again this comes down to preference, I personally like my older model better, but that’s not to day using this one wasn’t enjoyable to use as well. 5/5Massage area: Somehow *almost* hurts my fingers? I don’t know, but its placement next to the shift doesn’t help matters anyhow. My older model has lines instead of bumps and it is made out of the same materials, but it doesn’t hurt to use, so maybe it’s just me. 3/5Gears: I dislike how close it is to the stress ball, but I know most other models do the same thing so what do I know? They spin, and if you flick them hard enough, they turn on their own for a few seconds. I don’t know if they are supposed to click each time you turn them once, but they all feel the same to me. Personally not my thing, but works as intended. 5/5Roller: An oldy but a goody… at least on other models. Maybe the one I got was defective, but it’s hard to roll in one direction, and not fast to roll in the other. It has little dots instead of lines too. 2/5Stress Ball: You can press into it, so it’s kinda like a rounded clicker that can move. It has slight resistance, which I don’t mind as it makes the rolling business quite enjoyable. It being so close to the gears kinda ruins it for me, but I imagine that most don’t mind too much. 4/5Rope Hole: The rope hole is kinda advertised as something else you can fidget with, at least it was to me, but it’s not. It’s just something you can use to either hold it to your wrist or to a bag of sorts. Again, not too sure if it’s just the way I placed it in, or if that’s the way it is in general, but the rope that it came with wouldn’t come out the other end, and I don’t want to go fishing for it so I can tie it together. I don’t think it’s placement is ideal either, but honestly, where on this thing would it be ideal. 2/5Switch: Feels different to my old one, but nonetheless it is a switch. It would be sad if they had managed to get it wrong somehow. 5/5Direction Buttons: It’s hard to explain with words why this is wrong. It feels like just another clicker, which it shouldn’t. Well I mean I guess it could, but then each of the directions should feel like it’s its own button, which it doesn’t do. To their credit, real direction pads on game controllers do the same thing they went for, but the real one’s have this “jelly” feel that this plastic fidget toy just can’t offer. 2/5Worry Groove: It’s hard to get a worry groove wrong, and they didn’t. It’s just up to the user's preference, I personally don’t like circular groves (I prefer oval/rectangular ones), but it does fit the aesthetic of the back, with them all being circles. 5/5Shift: Besides the joystick and the clicker, this is my third favorite kind of fidget toy. Compared to my old one, this has less resistance, but it’s still good to use in my eyes. 5/5Scroll: I think it works as intended? It certainly doesn’t go click, stop, click, stop, like my old one before it broke, but it does feel like what it would feel like on a mouse computer. They do run opposite to each other, although it’s a bit awkward to use it like that, so you either use just one or both in the same direction at the same time, which is fine. 4/5Sliding Interface: It’s much less fun to use than you think it is. Never mind the fact that it’s in the center of the fidget toy, it’s not as smooth as you think it is. For the most part, it doesn’t snag or get stuck on anything, but it also does if you don’t put a lot of pressure on it. I feel like it would be much more enjoyable if it felt like a lever, or maybe if it ran more smoothly / had more resistance to being moved. 1/5Honestly, if you're looking for a fidget toy, I'd recommend getting the smaller version of this instead, as well as a fidget cube if you're looking for a stress ball/worry groove.

Really fun
I love to fidget with this. Having so many gizmos is awesome and it fits well into the hand. Build quality is not as good as others that I have used.
