The media could not be loaded.  I have to say the installation process is friendly for dummies like me.For me to set up a central monitor video recording system, all I may need is connecting my central monitor to the power plug and connecting my video recorders to the power plug, then it's all set. They will connect to each other automatically which means I do not have any cost to learn. If it cost me too much time to learn, I may probably outsource the installation process to technical persons, which means that it cost more than the buying price for me.When I explored into details, I found a lot of things to make the product wonderful. Thanks to the nails, I would be able to peg the cameras anywhere I want. As the cameras generally located in corners, it will have an antenna to each on in purpose of sending video data to central monitor system. Every camera comes with a very long power cable to make sure it has sufficient power supply. I can rotate both the camera and the antenna to different angles to adjust my needs.After connecting all cameras to the central monitor system, I can make changes on all configurations. Please see the video I recorded for some glances. The monitor looks very beautiful and concise. I don’t necessarily need to do anything for its system initialization. All I should do to control the monitor is just clicking the right button or left button of the mouse. For me, I did not read the instructions and user manual and successfully set up all the stuff. One interesting thing is the doorbell. After installing the doorbell near your door, your monitor will give you voice alert regarding of the button clicking in the doorbell. When I got the access to internet or WIFI for my monitor (only monitor), I also got the APP and laptop access control (plz refer to the picture I provided).This video monitor system comes with a 500GB HDD for video storage. I believe it will run out quickly for video storage so I planned to use a 2TB one. But it also depends on how I change my settings on how long the video will be saved. If the recycle time is short, 500GB-1TB will be just enough for this high-resolution solution system.I like the system overall. The monitor has its own designed system for the purpose of controlling. It charges good price but provided premium standard hardware and technology. Long-term use reviews and other advantages or disadvantages will be updated and all kinds of comments and questions are extremely welcomed to leave!

I bought this system. My husband and I spent the entire day installing the system. That afternoon, I went into the Console to setup the systems. The PC software installed without error and I accessed the cameras on my laptop from inside of my network. I found it aggravating that the login language kept reverting back to Chinese and I would have to select the English language but I could have lived with that. I then went to access the Console via my laptop computer so I could monitor my cameras when I was away from home. My McAfee Antivirus software went nuts! I began receiving multiple errors that "This Site Is Not Secure! They are trying to fool you into getting your personal information!". I then thought I would contact their technical support. LOL Their "technical support" consist of emailing a Hotmail Account and waiting for them to contact you back! I Immediately contacted Amazon Customer support for a return label and returned this system the next day! If I could rate them ZERO Stars, I would! Stay Safe and DO NOT BUY THIS SYSTEM!

The product itself was moderate and/or good. Even though the camera states that it is waterproof, after one year one of the cameras has water on the lens. Can it be replaced?

I brought them haven’t put them up had a death in the family and just got around toIt but I didn’t get the box the the camera are connected too help

One camera has gone blurry after 6 months, but I am sure Lin will have it replaced per the 12-month guarantee.UPDATE - Lin had the camera replaced quite some time ago. Great service!

The media could not be loaded.  This System has the Volume where you can hear what's going on. The Distance was important to me. I have 2 Lots. I need to see at least that far. I can look at them from my phone when I'm not home. I'm viewing the Neighborhood & I can keep them safe too. I'm very happy with this System.

IT is Not Completely Wireless you must plug in each Camera for it to work

Quality is fine, however only 3 out of the four cameras worked. Tried contacting Amazon and Wireless Horizon and neither has responded.
