I want to start by saying these are not worth the $50 I paid for them. I was under the assumption there were two of each part in the box so you could have two individual setups but this is not the case. It is just more tape and lights. This means you can't use these in two different loops and although they should be compatible with other rgb headers, such as those on pc motherboards, they are nearly impossible to setup reliably. Next is the build quality which is misleading and poor. They are literally just copper leads covered with a insulator, and with small areas exposed with to allow the soldering of resisters and the leds. These are so poorly constructed when put at a 90 degree angle the lights will start to fail. I have 4, 3 led strips, which no longer work because I had to bend them to connect them to the header I was using. Finally the connections they give are terrible. The leads on the bottom don't work unless you peel off the already applied tape which took me 30 minutes for one strand of 5 meters. The ones on the top are fine but have so little insulation above them I managed to accidentally scrape of some of it exposing two leads and short them out. On top of all these terrible things the magic home app and connector they give you are absolute trash, half the time it doesn't even work. The other half it works but has many draw backs, (e.g can't set more than 6 timers for turning lights on and off, can't customize it without about 3 hours of experimenting, can't keep them on reliably without factory resetting them every day or so, instructions to reset them are incorrect, ect). I will be trying to return them to Amazon as soon as I possibly can because they are just a god awful product.

Product arrived as described and instructions were simple and clear. However, the wifi controller between the power supply and the light strip appears to have some loose wiring that causes the some of the lights (appears to be the green lights) to malfunction. The receiver for the provided remote is also connected to the wifi controller and I've found that the lights do not respond when the remote buttons are pressed. This would imply that the wiring in the controller is the issue.

Complete crap, they stopped working after just a week of use. The funniest part is the fact that nothing changed, they just stopped working. Getting a refund. Complete garbage don't waste your money or your time. Good day sir. Not only are they poorly made, but they also are prone to fail, the way they are designed is without protection, so it's almost impossible that this won't happen to you at some point. Don't waste your time.

Couldn't get it to connect to app. Went through wifi setup twice and no success. The manual is in such bad English that it is nearly impossible to understand. Only on/off control via Alexa.Finally the lights hum loudly in any color other than RGB.

Stopped working within the first month and unable to send back, expensive trash is what I bought

first the light strip broke, then the power supply went back and the seller said i had be sent one from china which takes about a week. terrible quality control. However when working properly the look great

Waste of money, lights do not stay on when left In one color longer then a few minutes. Also “app” and controller suck, I wish I would have never installed so I could have sent it back.
