Good product
I got this for my girlfriend who has a small burn mark that has been very slow to heal. She's keeping this on her bathroom sink and I have to say I haven't seen the mark at all since she started using it. While I'm not calling this a miracle product, I do believe that if you use a consistently for the stated times, it will work.

Flattens scars
You must keep using this for it to work. I flattened a scar on my hand from using this twice a day. I have also been using this on my forehead to diminish my wrinkles. It helps, and the directions state you need to rub the serum in until it goes all the way into the skin. This takes about 3 minutes. It takes time to see any differences.

Takes some time for old scars but works well
This silicone scar gel takes some time to show results on older scars, but is definitely working for me. I have been using it daily on an old surgery scar. The scarring has softened and is becoming much less noticeable. The skin is pinking up and looking more like normal skin. The ingredients are water, glycerin, allantoin, retinol, propylene glycol, betaine, trehalose, methylparaben, phenoxyethanol, ethyhexyglycerin. It is very thick and the dispenser gives just a small pea-sized amount. I rub this into the scar area. It is hydrating and non-irritating to the scar and healthy skin around the scar.

Not much difference
This isn't very moisturizing, seems to dry up pretty fast and the bottle is super cheap. The nozzle broke instantly.

Pump sucks, gel is easy to apply.
I wont know for literally months if this works, so I will review what I can so far.The pump on this bottle sucks. I trued priming it for 30-40 pumps and barely got the thing working. Not sure if defective or they all barely work. Once I got it started it has started working better, but it feels like a better pump design for the gel is neccessary. As for the gel itself it rubs on fine, doesnt discolor anything and I have had no adverse reactions so far. I wont see results for 2-4 months however according to the product so I may need to revisit this review in December/January if it works any magic.I picked this up because physical scar sheets stick to your hair and are unpleasant to peel off. The gel has no such issues.I am testing this on some stretch marks of shame. (packed on like 30 pandemic pounds). They are a reminder to me that I need to eat better and exercise, but I figured this scar gel claims to work on all scars so if my racing stripes can be faded so be it.Here is hoping this works for those who cannot readily hide their scars.

Used once
My daughter was able to use it only once before the dispenser broke and nothing would come out. It was tossed in the trash by her after that.

Will update when the bottle is gone-
I purchased this product to use on my 8 year old daughter. She has a long thin scar on her forehead from an accident she was in 3 years ago. Ive tried every "scar" product under the sun with very little results.Weve just started using this product, and ive got my fingers and toes crossed and im praying for visible results for her from this product. Ive taken my "before" pictures of the scar, hopefully once we use this whole bottle up we will have a nice "after" picture to post and update with.

I think it’s working
I have a recent scar under my chin from some PS on my neck and it was very raised, noticeably so. So I’ve been using this and it’s flattening out. There is no way of knowing weather or not the scar would of flattened on it’s on with time. But I’m happy to give this product credit for this smoothing out, it just as well could be because of this gel.
