Exemplary customer service.
This charger quit working after 20 months, which was well beyond the seller’s warranty, but within the manufacturer’s warranty of 3 years service. I asked CHARGELAND, the seller, to give me contact info for FLNGR, the manufacturer. Instead, they gave me a new replacement charger. This goes above and beyond normal customer service and I give them a bonus 6th star for doing so. I would definitely recommend this seller.

Very nice charger.
Bought for my Ryobi riding mower and wasn't sure if it would fit or charge. I had to shave a little plastic from around the bottom 2 pins to get it to fit and to my delight, it's working!

At first I didn’t think it was working but it says u have to use charger 3 times before the lights let u know the full charge is done it works great been using for a month now and the kids and grandkids are back in business with there golf cart!

Fried in my hand when I first plugged it in.
Cheap Chinese crap. Connection does fit my EZGo golf cart. I may have just been unlucky, but after having my hand burned from the sparks I am just returning for credit.
