This is my first day using the product and I’m already happy with how convenient it is. It mixes completely into my drink without any clumps, and there’s absolutely no flavor (something I really appreciate in a supplement). The packaging is clear, the scoop is easy to use, and everything feels professional. Looking forward to seeing seeing some results!

This stuff really works for my tummy. I have really bad bloating and irregularities but this really helps me. I just scoop into my Stanly and drin throughout the day. It dous make you pass gas though out the day so watch out lol. There is NO taste. I have always been irregular all my life and Metamucil didn’t really work for me. Go get you some now.

This prebiotic has solved my digestive problems! It takes persistence, though—I took 1 scoop mixed in water (the powder dissolves completely and is flavorless) every day for about 3 weeks. Over time, my regularity returned. I try to keep this around in case my body gets thrown off due to diet, illness, etc. I HIGHLY recommend!

After reading countless reviews, I decided to give this a try. I ordered it back in April and have used it daily for over a month. As long as you shake whatever liquid you put it in very well, it doesn’t get a grainy texture. There is no smell to it, there is no taste to it, I always just added it to my water in the morning. It is pricey for the amount that you’re getting but the reviews led me to believe it was worth it.A month and a half later, I started dealing with some serious bloating, swelling in my feet and then my face. I’ve never had this issue before, nothing has changed in my diet, labs came back normal. The only thing new was this prebiotic powder. I stopped taking the prebiotic for a week and noticed a significant difference in the symptoms I was having. When I inquired about why this would cause the bloating/swelling, I was told it’s probably the ingredients. I decided to look into the ingredients on the package and there weren’t really any. Then I read a review about lack of transparency from this particular company..Would I buy this again? No. Would I recommend this to someone? No. Are there better brands out there with quality/quantity to match the price? Yes. Health products aren’t a one size fits all- not saying everyone will experience these symptoms but if you’ve been using this and notice bloating and swelling, you’re not alone. Stop taking it immediately!!

Just got it. This may be a good product, but the colors used on the jar make it very difficult to read the instructions etc.
