I love this camera. I would give it 5 stars and buy 4 more except that the clips on the app are tiny. A bug in the app prevents you from turning it to landscape or zooming on your phone to view the clips. So it is pretty tiny and if you need to see something better, tough. This is an app problem. The camera is awesome and I don’t have to buy cloud service.

I decided to purchase these cameras due to a long vacation trip. I followed instructions as provided. I fully charged both units the day before our departure and mounted them. The first day into my vacation I received a message on the app stating that one of the units battery life was at a critical 10%. I couldn't wrap my head around the message since both were fully charged, before I mounted them. Up on my return I had to charge the same unit 3 times within 3 months. I have zero issue out of the other unit which is running like a champ in the 90% battery life meter. However, i had to remove the problem child because it showed zero life. I attempted to recharge it, but now its not holding a charge at all. Would I recommend this set? Absolutely. Would I purchase from the manufacturer again? Absolutely. I believe that there was a defect in one of them and since I did not purchase any warranties through Amazon. I do hope that the manufacturer stands behind their product and honor the 1 year warranty offered. The cameras are great the app sucks too much of a delay to view your alert. You have to open the app go to the camera push play to start the viewing and you can only view one camera at a time, long process to see who is at your front porch.

Likes: if you know how to pair a Bluetooth speaker it's as easy as that you need wifi at your home to connect cameras although you can view and monitor them through the app anywhere .They have 2 way voice communication and alerts , and alarm mode and live streaming.Dislikes : maybe it's me but I no longer get a immediate alert when a camera records a event I must open the app and view a message manually and see recent events .At first I had a alert for ever camera every event night or day , they have a customer service I might need to give them a shout .Other than that I'm pretty happy with the 4 I have around the outside of the house,I can program a motion light to strobe or just light up or a active alarm when the camera triggers it records up to 3 min although I think you can set it longer battery last a few weeks depending on how many events it records 😃👍.

There's not much sun where I live but im surprised with the amount of time the battery does stay charged

I can not believe how clear the picture is on these cameras!I needed something for outside use and this definitely does the job.You do have to pay for a cloud service or use micro SD cards for recording small price to pay for the luxury of peace of mind

This is a great security system if you don’t want to pay installation. We’ve been looking for a simple security system for our front door. Since working from home answering the door while in meetings or working is a huge disruption. This little camera is easy to set up, put up and use with the app. It allows 2way conversation as well as motion notifications. Picture is clear day or night and voices are clear also. It also has a manual alarm.Since we put it up the temperature has only hit -12c so I’m not sure how the battery will hold up in -40c windchill but so far the battery seems to be working well under cold.

I’m blown away by this camera! I paid $100+ for one from the Best Buy and it wasn’t nearly as good as this one. The motion detection is on point and the picture quality is perfect for the price, I’m very happy. You do need to pull it down here and there to charge it however when I received it the battery was 68% and it lasted 8 days. Personally I think it beats the amount of batteries I’d have to buy. The app does take a second to get into but for the price this camera is great!I would like to do an update because I have now had the camera for a couple weeks. It is sitting outside my front door, but now that the cold weather has arrived I find the camera is dying within maximum of three days. It is a little bit irritating because every time I go to luck it’s convenient that it’s dead, I did buy it when the weather was a bit warmer and it did last longer so I’m hoping by the warmer weather it will be ok again.

Setup and installation seemed east enough. Device seems to work well. But, the app stops working a lot (on both my cell and my wife's...which are different brands from each other). Go to review pics, or turn motion detect on/off, and the app has frozen. That part is frustrating. But the camera does it's part.

Camera was super easy to set up/ put up . Motion detection is amazing! Sound and picture is perfect. BUT the battery does not last long , I have to take it down and charge it every few days and that is very disappointing . As I do have other cameras and their batteries last months

All in all these cameras are great for their price! Day time video feed is good, night time video feed is ok up to a certain distance, if you don't need to cover a long distance they will do the job! Only allowing 20 seconds of recording when motion is activated I don't find is long enough but it records everytime it detects motion so... My only problem to be honest is one of the cameras battery dies every day while the other one stays charged for probably a week! And the only option I have is to return everything for a refund, when all I want to do is trade in the 1 defective camera and I can't! Other than that I like them.
