This is a little gem of a cup. It is double walled which holds the heat in and prevents your hand from getting scalded when holding it. It also holds a lot of liquid and the infusing process is very easy. I have been using it for the past year without any issue, with cleaning being very easy. The slits on the infuser cup are very small but does allow a few tiny tea particles to go through to the main cup but it's not a big issue. I love the fact that the cover acts as a holder for the infuser part when you're drinking from the cup, to prevent spillage. This is useful in cases where you are brewing loose tea leaves which can be reused for multiple brews. I wish I bought some more as these are very giftable items and comes in a lovely sturdy packaging with foam padding.

What I like most about this Tea Infuse Cup is that it is easy to use, convenient, thoughtfully designed, is not too hot to handle, multi-functional--the cap cam be useful as both a cap during the steeping process and as a place to allow the infuser to rest and then to cap the infuser for storage of the tea leaves for the next cup!It is a nice size and I am hoping it will travel well.The cups provided in many hotel rooms are not as nice to drink from as glass or ceramic.Thanks, Immortalitea for this thoughtful, useful, product!

On a chilly day I love a cup of tea. I prefer tea leaves to tea bags since I can control the strength and tea bags can have iffy ingredients I don't want to ingest. This Infuser cup with the double wall glass is perfect. One cup of beautifully brewed tea without bits of tea leaves. Cool to the touch and not difficult to clean, it's perfect. I recently bought another for my sister to go with a gift of expensive chai. Love it.

Had less than 2 months and it broke, nice concept but to fragile for everyday use. Don't waist your money on something like this if you drink tea often.

Very happy with this double walled glass. Keeps drinks hot/warm for long enough to drink. The air gap insulates well - its warm but easy to hold right after filling. Can be a little tricky (hot) to handle the glass strainer when steeping with boiling water for +3 minutes, the glass strainer becomes hot and when you lift out of the cup the steam coming off can scald your hand. It takes a bit of practice, but you can hold the rim of the strainer, lift and tilt/rotate the strainer to drain the leaves and then place in the glass lid/holder. Best to use whole leaf tea as recommended, else you'll end up with lots of tea dust filtering through. Very nice to use with Gong Fu style brewing as the glass strainer is big enough to hold the extra leaves and allows for enough circulation. Nice to see it all happening in the glass also.UPDATE: I accidentally broke the glass tea strainer. I contacted the seller and they replaced it for FREE. Can't ask for better customer service than that!

This is a beautifully crafted and designed cup which works great for infusing tea. It really holds in the warmth so it can be touched even with hot tea inside. The infuser part inside can be taken out and set down into the lid very conveniently.Unfortunately, the cup tips over very easily. I was using it only the second time. When I tried to take out the infuser part the cup tipped over spilling hot tea not only all over my keyboard, but also over the laptop and the iPad next to it. I don't know if any of them can be saved.The bottom of the cup should definitely have a broader base, or there should be a kind of stand with it. As it is, it is very dangerous to use next to valuable equipment. Not drinking tea next to my computer is not a solution since I work on my desk nearly all day and like to sip tea while working.I am very disappointed that I cannot use this otherwise beautiful tea infuser.

BEWAREThis glass is beautiful, but it broke within 3 days via the lightest of taps against the side of the kitchen sink. When it shattered, my husband noted that it was not made from tempered glass. It was very likely to crack and shatter after any regular use. The shattered pieces are small, sharp, and dangerous.

If you like loose tea this cup is fantastic for brewing at home or at work. It's a great shape to hold in the hand, double-walled so it's not too hot to hold when full. My favorite part is the lid serves as a tray for the infusion basket so if you are trying to do short, multiple infusions it's no mess. I like how the cup is tapered so small particles get trapped in the bottom and you don't have to try to dodge them like in a normal mug. The one drawback is it takes a few more seconds for the infusior basket to drain when you lift it out. It's a tough balance, if the drainage slots were any bigger you'd get more tea particles in the cup, but maybe adding a few more slots would speed it up. Very responsive, small company making these. I'll buy another for work!

Looks nice, works as intended. I first regretted I didn't pay attention there is no handle but in fact the cup size is comfortable for my hand and I'm not going to run a marathon with it. Since it doesn't get hot on outside, I still can carry it safely even without the handle.

Not worth the price I paid; flavour of teas not improved with a glass filter over the stainless steel versions. Disappointed
