If you need a machine that is fast and accurate at counting money, this is an excellent choice. It delivers repeatable counts with minimal interruptions and has the option to air print the tallies or output them to a file. The machine will count a stack of up to 200 bills at a time and if more counting is needed, it has an additive feature where it will simply add the total from the next stack to the results. Multiple denominations can be combined and the results are output, giving a tally of each of the denominations. My preferred mode to use the machine is the mixed denomination mode because it recognizes different bills so easily and gives me the break down automatically.Though I deal primarily with USD with my sales, it does handle multiple currencies as well. The machine has the option to automatically choose the currency or it is intelligent enough to actually recognize the currency I put in. That is handy in case I accidentally mix currencies in a stack.Overall, it is really an efficient money counter. I have never found any discrepancies in the total. Rarely does it have any issue feeding a bill through, unless I load them poorly. Orientation is not an issue, meaning minimal prep before counting. The only bills that it had trouble counting were retired Canadian bills from before the conversion to plastic bills. When I tried slipping one of these bills in a stack of new ones it would just tell me to remove that bill from the top of the counted stack and then continue to count the remainder. The operation is pretty seamless and still accurate when it encounters an anomaly like that. There aren’t very many of those bills in circulation anymore. It is quite a user friendly machine and one I think anyone can master in a matter of minutes. The complete instructions fit on a single, double-sided page, which they even put in a protective sleeve for handy reference. This money counter has taken a job that could take me an hour or more and made it an easy task I can have done in minutes.

This counter has certainly made closing time a lot easier, quicker and more accurate. Naturally, humans make mistakes and often we will have evenings that result in a miscount of cash. This counter is accurate and simple to use and can handle a large amount of bills. The touch screen is easy to navigate and receptive to touch. I got this mainly for counting, but I like knowing that if any counterfeit bills cross our register we will know! The machine itself is very durable.

The money counter by Clever Productions is a very sophisticated little money machine. With its super-fast accurate counting, counterfeit detections, print options, multi-currency and denominations abilities, and so much more, this has been a wonderful assistant for me. Here are some of the things I’ve learned while owning it and things to consider before buying.I. Counting Ability – This machine is really fast and accurate. It will tear through a stack of bills before you could count a couple. It also handles multi-denominations without fault. It has rarely jammed and always been accurate with the amount.II. Features – It has a ton of features and all the ones I’ve tried worked great, with many of them being useful to me.III. Quality – It feels like a very nice quality machine that I would guess will last a long time. It looks just like the machine at my bank that the tellers use to count the money.IV. Usability – It was very quick to get started, just plug it in and they include a sheet to explain the basics. Some of the more advanced features like running a printer will take a few minutes to figure out, but it’s all very easy to learn how to do.Overall, I’m super impressed with the speed, accuracy, and quality. This little machine saves me so much time and helps me be accurate. I have my own little teller at my disposal.
